It’s a crown...
It’s a crown. It is a bit heavier than I expected but that is a good thing. It came with hair pins to attach it to the head. She will be wearing this in the school musical of her portrayal of Queen Belle. 4-stars bc one of the red jewels had fallen off, but I was able to attach it with glue dots. Easy fix bc I had the tools to do the job.
