Installation is a complete nightmare. Wish I never started this. Yet to see how it works

This product was recommended to me so I assumed it would work. The product seems to be fine but the most important point I have missed...BUT it WASN'T on the description was the clearing (the distance between the center of drain pipe to the floor). The bucket is way too high for my sink...and also I didn't know there was an expiration on when I could return...so now I am stuck with it. I take part of the responsibility...but had there be a 'requirement' listed...I would not have select this specific model!

all the fittings were there but the bucket we received did not have a seal and the water leaked out from under the lid. the manufacturer wouldn't send me the parts because i bought it through amazon. amazon wants the parts but I've already cut the pipes on my plumbing to install the unit. kind of a nightmare

Disappointed. I should give one star but I’ll be kind. I ordered the refill version. In the item description it states that the REFILL comes with all the 1 1/2” fittings necessary…” IT DOES NOT! It’s a bucket and lid ONLY. I figured that was what I was getting, so off to Home Depot I go to get the necessary fittings. An inconvenience. The KIT version states the same thing. HOWEVER, I am appreciative of the threaded fitting design on the lid. That is FAR SUPERIOR to the trap eze from a dental supplier and other generic companies. Finally a product design for a disposable plaster trap that actually works!
