The adherent holds up very well to foam board so far. Easy to apply from the roll. Did not stick to itself while pulling from the roll. Time will tell if it remains adhered to the surfaces. I will update my review after its been on the surfaces for several months

The tape does stick well, especially to itself. The product is great, but it is hard to use because its so sticky. After a bit I used to applying the tape without it staying stuck to the roll.

Super sticky, very strong. Worth every penny.

I got this Tamp after talking with 3m about what I could use on XPS pink foam in a RV insulation application. I needed something lovio see that could stick to multiple surfaces and handle extremely high temperatures and a bit of abuse They said that this should do it. I didn't notice any smell. It is extremely sticky and sticks very well to itself and most everything else and is very difficult to remove. The first thing I used it on was repairing a hole in a subwoofer in my truck. I ended up putting a bunch of pieces together to fix the hole in the subwoofer and cranked it up to 15 and it did not let a single breath of air out or even a pinhole. I have been blasting the subwoofer for a while now and it has not budged. It's basically just booming all day long and sounds just as good as the quarter inch thick plastic the bazooka tube is made of

I bought this very specific tape for its very specific purpose - to seal the edges of rigid foam boards (Owen Corning Foamular). This is for a moisture/draft barrier in a basement room. The tape went on awesomely (that's a word), super-sticky, adhering smooth and flat. As with many home projects, I got busy with life halfway through and put it on pause. Months later, I can feel & see obvious bubbled up areas where the tape has ceased to stick to the foam. It hasn't outright failed as a draft seal, but it's close to failing as a moisture seal. If I'd stayed on schedule, I would've built a stud wall in front of it and been none the wiser, thinking I'd done a great job with a great product. Instead, I'm suspicious of it, and question how long before it fails. It's definitely better than most other tapes I could've tried, but I'm pre-disappointed in this product.
