Very nice product.

I like to make my own rye breads, but have had a hard time finding rye flour (in my area at least); and when I did find it online, what was offered is only dark rye and/or coarsely milled. I 'crossed my fingers' and ordered this flour; and I am delighted. This is a finely milled flour that works well, producing a nice smooth texture in either my seeded rye or my pumpernickel. I've found my source and will definitely be using this product from now on.

Received my flour quickly. It looks really good, but I haven't used it yet. I've never made rye bread before so this will be a learning experience. I felt the price was reasonable also.

I only use this kind of flour to seal my copper stills. holds up nicely.

Much more well ground than Stone Ground Rye Flour. If you are looking for a finer consistency in flour, this is a good option. The company is very personable and attuned to customer's needs. They seemed very interested in making sure I was satisfied. Pleased with their "small town" company appeal. :)

Used to make an easy Rye Beer Bread. Very good flavor.
