The Sedish "flu shot"!!
When we were living in Sweden we always got Nyposoppa when we had a a cold. 2 cups of hot Nyponsoppa and sometime some vanilla ice cream in it or whipped cream on top. Delicious and tons of C vitamins. Cold disappear in a day or two!

Nyponsoppa, just as you remember it
What is there to say, it's nyponsoppa, for a child a staple of the Swedish culinary experience, for an adult a pleasant blast from the past. Unfortunately the metric Swedish instructions are covered by an American and Imperial replacement, but peeling it back one can tell quickly that each bag is for 500ml of water, or 1L for a box of two. Boil up some water, throw in some knäckebröd or vanilla ice cream and enjoy.

Product arrived on time, packaged well. Just make sure that you can finish the product within 3 months as the expiration date is very short. Overall good product.

this is a nectar thick consistency fruit drink. Full of Vit-C. Tastes delicious
Love it now and Loved it as a Child growing up in Sweden. Excellent drink for small children during cold season, at any age actually. Cold or Hot.

I think you have to be Swedish, but we LOVE this soup!!! Have it warm with a little vanilla ice cream for dessert. Yum!
