This is nowhere near as good as the one you cook. Won't buy it again.
I thought this "instant " soup lacked in flavor. If the description had mentioned it i would not have bought it.

It is a bit of an acquired taste, but growing up on it for the holidays (with almonds and whipped cream) I am glad to have a place to buy it! We tried a different manufacturer, but this is the gold standard.

Only a hint of sweetness. Very mild.
I have seen videos of people eating this soup but had never tasted it before. Oh a whim, I decided to check Amazon since shipping overseas can be pricey. The soup was quite good. It looks a little like tomato soup but tastes nothing like it. This soup tastes more like a very mild tea with a hint of sweetness.I like to open the pouches and store them in a small container, scooping about a tablespoon and a half into a bowl and pouring a cup of hot water over it while whisking. Four cups is way too much for me to eat in one sitting and the kids don't like it. I don't mind. It is difficult to find foods that I don't have to share. This is MINE. My precious.

So hard to find but Amazon has it! A tiny bit pricey but you can save a if you buy it from the right seller here. Traditional and reliable. Delicious and healthy.
