RitFit Set of Two Neoprene Dumbbells Coated for Non-Slip Grip, 1 lb-20 lb

I am using the 20lb weights and while the weights are ok, the circumference of the hand grip is too thick for me to comfortably hold. I'm 5'4" and can barely get my index finger and thumb to touch, which makes using these single handed almost impossible. I will be gifting these to someone else, as I cannot use them for my daily workouts.

Everything about these dumbbells is good, except their actual weight. I got a pair of 9 lb. dumbbells. One weighed 8 lbs., 14 ozs., which is OK. The other weighed 8 lbs., 9.8 ozs., which is not OK. I already have 8 lb and 10 lb dumbbells. The entire point of getting 9 lb. dumbbells was to have a pair that is half way between 8 and 10 lbs. 8 lbs., 9.8 ozs. is not halfway between 8 & 10 and is generally useless for me.

I did a lot of research on Amazon before deciding on two sets of these. The price is the most reasonable you'll find on Amazon. The bar is a little thick for female hands but manageable unless you have really small hands (the higher the weight of the dumbell the thicker the grip). They have a slight smell if you put your nose right up to them but it doesn't stick to my hands or stink up my room. They haven't fallen apart, even after tapping them against each other during shoulder presses. Would definitely buy more!

I bought these for my wife who is 5'5". She complained that the grips where to large so we are returning them.

I was happy to get my order in two days, however the weights were both damaged. The neoprene is coming off and they obviously are poor quality.

Look, I got into working out as a kid. And while I am not as I was, and I of course understand the meaninglessness of fighting against entropy, I still like that kick of endorphins. I don't feel the need to investigate the discrepancy, either. I enjoy RitFit's dumbbells, ok. And “I don't feel that it is necessary to know exactly what I am. The main interest in life and work is to become someone else that you were not in the beginning.” That is what I am in the process of doing as I pump some neoprene iron in my living room, and that is what I will do when I shuffle off the mortal coil. Aiight? Buy the dumbbells.

These weights are just what I needed. I ordered the 5 lb. ones to replace some that were “shedding” all over my hands. These look great, feel great on my hands, and have a flat surface so they don’t roll around when I put them down. They are just the right size for my average female hands.

I had previously been using all of the Valeo Neoprone dumbbells that I purchased from Amazon for years. But as my fitness level progressed, only the blue 5's and black 10's remain as light and moderate, along the Crown 3's and a new set of 8's from CAP. This set of 12's from RitFit fits the bill perfectly as my new set of heavy weights! Love the color and love that I can use them and maintain good form, depending on the workout in my collection that utilizes them!

I'm doing the bronze age man workout...I'm using these 5lb weights every day for 100's of reps and its putting muscles on me like no mans business

Good value and they’ve been great for home workouts during lockdown. Like that they’re octagonal rather than round ended so that you get a good grip when doing burpees with them and they don’t slip on the step.

Excellent weights - sturdy, reliable and a very good grip. Have been using them regularly since delivery and have had no issues at all. Will definitely buy this brand again as I progress. Delivery was excellent as usual.
