Nice pots & pans that work as advertised
Nice set of pots and pans. Really good price for everything included. Tha advice is to cook low and slow; they work really good. Great for everyday cooking. I used them for Beef Burgundy and Beef Stroganoff and they worked great. When searing Beef what stuck; came up easily. Nonstick works well. Can be washed in dishwasher, but by hand recommended. However easy washing because stuff don't stick. Verry happy so far.

Great Purchase
These are a great set, the nonstick is nice and they do not burn, and I love the color of them. They are light weight and very durable!

Just replace my entire pot and pan collection with these! We were one of those households that had probably five or more different pots and pans, baking sheet, etc This non-stick Graniteware is the ticket, it is nice looking, (we got the black with white specks), totally nonstick, and washes up within seconds. Also, the handles do not get hot, which is a great comfort when cooking for the family.

Better than Califon, T-Fal, the green, the copper or ceramic non-stick stuff? I used them all.
Strictly based on non-stick-ability, Granite Stone is a little better than the others IMHO. I bought a single skillet and used it extensively before buying this set. After two years of use the egg, onion, and cheese omelet I made yesterday slid from the skillet without using a spatula. You should note that NON-stick does NOT mean that nothing will ever stick. It means that stuff tends to stick less. Even cast iron cookware does a surprisingly good job at not sticking if it is properly seasoned and maintained. If you don't know how to properly "season and maintain" cast iron pots and pans, Google it. Then follow those directions for these or any other non-stick set. And don't take every advertising claim literally. For the BEST and most long-lasting non-stick results, use a little oil, never wash with soap or in the dishwasher unless you re-season them after, don't use metal utensils, and never use non-stick sprays - no matter what non-stick cookware you use. These seem to be slightly less heavy than my more expensive cookware, and while not commercial-grade, they are still sturdy and it would likely take deliberate abuse to bend or dent them. They seem to heat as evenly and more quickly than heavier pans. I never had a set of cookware that I would give more than 4 stars, but I would give these 4 1/2 stars if that were an option. Recommended. 7/7/21 UPDATE: The metal handles don't get too hot, but the lid handles do! I forget and grab the lid without using a potholder. The fry basket is a little flimsy, and the steaming container (neither are non-stick coated) could be sturdier - a hard bump or drop might dent or bend it, but if that should happen it should still function.

Nice Set
I have cooked with almost all of it to this point, no complaints at all. My wife likes the pans not being as heavy as our last set. They are holding up well to this point and still are just as non-stick as the day we got them. My wife likes the look of them too.

Will not stay pretty forever 😉
These pot and pans have an awesome finish when they are new!!! Don't expect the finish to last once you start cooking with them. Other than that, they are excellent nothing sticks to them... I mean nothing!!!!

Great Pans - One Warning
I've had my pots and pans for three years. I love the bakeware. The pots are also wonderful. However, the frying pans scratch easy.

Non inside or outside the pot.
Non stick inside or outside the pot, even cooking cheese grits, not sure about scratching resistance I just follow the instructions to help with the durability. Easy to wash with a soft cloth. Good quality, looks elegant for everyday use. Handles on the lids, yes of course it gets hot.

Just to let you know that the handles on these pots & pans get very hot when placed on the stove, they’re advertised as cool handles which they are not. So please take this into account when purchasing.

Truly non-stick! This set replaced a different manufacturer that claimed to be non-stick. I'm glad I bought it, plus the black goes better with my kitchen than the copper colour of the other set.
