Love it
If you’re coming from sugary sports drinks, the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes Variety Pack is going to be a shock to the system. It is unapologetically salty, but once you get used to it, most other "hydration" drinks start to taste like syrupy water. The standout feature of this 12-count variety pack is that it lets you try the core flavors—usually Citrus, Raspberry, Orange, and Watermelon—before committing to a bulk 30-pack. Each packet packs 1,000mg of sodium, which is significantly higher than your average electrolyte mix. It’s a game-changer for preventing headaches and muscle cramps after heavy exercise or a hot day, and because there’s zero sugar, you avoid the typical energy crash. A quick tip: unless you love the taste of seawater, don't mix this in a standard 16oz bottle. It’s much better in at least 24–32oz of water to balance out the intensity. While the price is on the higher end, the clean ingredient list and effective hydration make it a premium choice that actually delivers.

Delicious and effective! How?
Are these expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? I think so, yes! A few things about these stand out to me about the taste: the flavor themselves, the sweetner, and, of course, the salt. The flavors on these run true. That is to say, when I first tried the watermelon and was expecting bonne bell chapstick or jolly rancher vibes, I actually just got... watermelon! Not too cloying, not artificial, just tasty! I normally really dislike watermelon flavors, but this one is actually my favorite! The lime is also like a tastier Gatorade, and the raspberry and orange are refreshing without beings powdery tasting. I also got a full box of the chili mango, and it's amazing! It actually tastes like mango, like real mango, with that kinda fresh, green edge of taste that a good ripe mango has. So good!! The biggest thing for me, though, is the stevia. As someone who cannot STAND artificial sweetener even in trace amounts (some companies try and do half/half? Yeah, nope! Gross!), and that includes stevia, I was a little hesitant to try this, but the other reviews convinced me. And they were right! I'm pretty sure it is the salt, actually, which covers up the weird cloying edge that something like stevia would normally throw at me, so it's truly serving multiple purposes here. Speaking of salt, I love it! Even at its most concentrated, I do not find it too strong ~ but I also love a marg with a good ring of salt, so could just be me haha. Either way, it totally works and is delicious. I needed an efficient hydrator because of a new medical situation, and one that would not spike insulin, while still being delicious. It definitely does a fantastic job of hydrating, as after one or two days of using, the random charley horses that I would get just from stretching (woe is me) are gone! The health benefits are definitely there! This product ticks every single box! Is it a little expensive? Again, yes. But you can also easily stretch one package between two or more water bottles, which helps give you more bang for your buck. In the end, I 100% reccomend!!

Favorite Electrolytes
I usually get really bad migraines that cause me nausea and the inability to really do anything and taking electrolytes helps the pain minimize and nausea go away. The powder dissolves amazingly no clumping. Sometimes I leave on my nightstand over night and there is minimal settling at the bottom of my bottle. My favorite flavors from this pack are citrus and watermelon. The raspberry flavor does tastes too artificial and I just don’t like it as much.

Not bad just kind of spendy for me.
This was my first time trying electrolytes in general so I did lots of researching and review hunting. The citrus flavor caught me off guard but eventually I was used to it. I like that the salt didn't taste heavy, but I feel like for an everyday supplement the price was kind of high for me so recently switched to the nutricost electrolyte for a friendlier budget.

Love the variety
I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. Once I started adding these in, it made such a huge difference. Now, whenever I drink one, I actually feel hydrated and energized instead of still feeling depleted. It’s been a total game changer for me during this stage. The flavors are great, not overly sweet, and they mix really easily in water. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients compared to other electrolyte drinks. If you’re breastfeeding or just someone who struggles to stay hydrated even when drinking a lot of water, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Best flavor, highest sodium, lowest sugar out there! The best I've found
It's what it says it is. I like that they don't try to cover that it's going to taste salty. They don't add fake sugar to it, as far as I can tell. It's one of the best electrolyte packets I've found - high in sodium, and low in sugar. I enjoy the flavors. My favorite is Raspberry Salt, so I've gone out and purchased those specifically, but this mixed pack is nice so you get to try the variety of flavors and none of them are bad. I like them all. My second favorite is Watermelon Salt, then I think it's Lime Salt, then Orange Salt. (I might be slightly off on the last two's names.) But again, none of them are "nasty". They are some of the few I can get into my system fairly easily and I don't dread them like others. I need the added sodium and electrolytes, per my docs, and this is one of the things I can do to, plus increase my water with it. My blood pressure is low naturally, and so I guess we need to increase my blood volume so I don't faint, and this is one of the ways we're working on doing so. I've tried several powders to add to my water to try increase my sodium, but this is the most pleasant by far. I've tried Liquid IV, which I really didn't like because it has artificial sweetener which isn't my fave and it just didn't taste "right". I added Crystal Light to those on order to drink them. I haven't had to do that to the LMNT ones. I *have* added LMNT to my Starbucks lemonades in the drive through - the watermelon and raspberry in particular, and those mix well with the lemonade and tone down the saltiness a bit. (Plus the ice chilled it.) (I premixed the powder with water before mixing with the lemonade, I haven't dropped the powders into the lemonade directly yet, without watering them down.) I usually just mix these into a bottle of room-temp or occasionally into refrigerated water and I'm good to go. They dissolve well, esp with the room-temp water, and after a bit, they become clear as water, so I try to mark the bottles with a sharpie, as my partner sometimes picks up my bottles of water and drinks them, so to avoid a surprise, I mark them, as they really do become crystal clear after sitting for a short while. I have only mixed then in 500mL (16.9oz) of water, so you can mix them with more (or less?) to adjust the saltiness. The packet says to mix with 16, 24, or 32 oz of water to adjust saltiness, but I've really never had an issue with the 16oz being too salty, tbh. The flavor is good and I need to get the salt in. If I need more, I'll do another packet with another bottle of water. I just do what's easiest and the flavor is good at that mix (16.9oz/500mL.)

LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix Is Good, But Aura Caffeine Pouches Are Way Better for Energy
I’ve used LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix for a while, especially after workouts or on hot days when I needed to replenish electrolytes and stay hydrated. It’s a solid drink mix with great flavors, and it’s packed with sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which really help with hydration. I liked how it made me feel more energized and helped prevent that tired, sluggish feeling that can come with dehydration. LMNT has been a great addition to my routine, but recently I tried Aura Caffeine Pouches, and I have to say, they’re just a better fit for my energy needs. While LMNT is good for hydration, it doesn’t really give me that sustained energy boost that I get with Aura. Aura’s caffeine pouches are designed to provide long-lasting, steady energy, thanks to the combination of caffeine, cognizin Citicoline, and theanine. It’s not just about staying awake, it helps me stay sharp and focused throughout the day. I love how Aura combines energy and brain support into one convenient product. LMNT kept me hydrated, but Aura takes it a step further by keeping me energized and mentally clear. The biggest difference for me is that Aura doesn’t come with the sugar or artificial sweeteners that can sometimes be found in drink mixes. Aura uses clean ingredients like coconut fiber and natural flavors, so I feel good about what I’m putting into my body. The nootropic ingredients are a huge bonus, too. I didn’t realize how much I’d benefit from the cognitive support until I started using Aura regularly. I ordered mine here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DF35MFQP Another thing that stands out about Aura is how easy it is to use. With LMNT, I had to mix the powder into water, which is fine if you’re sitting at home or at the gym, but not as convenient when you’re on the go. Aura caffeine Pouches are so easy, I can just pop a pouch in whenever I need an energy boost, no water or mixing required. This has been a game-changer for me when I’m in a rush or out running errands. I still think LMNT is great for hydration, and I’ll probably keep using it for that purpose. But for daily energy and focus, Aura is a much better option. It’s more convenient, the energy lasts longer, and it helps me stay sharp without the ups and downs I’ve experienced with other products. If you’re looking for something to replace your energy drink or mix, I highly recommend giving Aura caffeine pouches a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great flavor, too much sodium for my needs
I really love all the flavors. Watermelon is my favorite. I add a packet to about 16 Oz of water and that gives it a great sweet/salty flavor. But unfortunately I’ve discovered that it is giving me a headache. I think that I need less sodium. 1000 mg seems like a lot for my needs. I do reformer Pilates and walk or peloton spin classes.
