Nice little box cutter
Portable and precise. Very easy to use.

Not a good design
Not sure what they were thinking when they designed this. The blade does not stay open. It spring retracts so if you're thinking you can do precision cutting with this think again. You have to juggle holding down the piece that allows the blade to come out but keeps wanting to return due to the spring and holding and guiding it which doesn't work. If it would hold open it would be a great design. I wonder if they use their own products? NOVA in Spanish is does not go which is a fitting description for this!!

Adjustment
My blade will not adjust! It stays fully extended and will not shorten.

Not efficient
Blade is sharp but have to hold it out with your thumb or else it automatically retracts while you're using it. It takes a really long time to spin the knob to adjust the length. Overall good concept but not the easiest to use.
