A better and closer shave that the "original." But it has been discontinued by Nivea.
The "original" non-stubble sensitive skin shave gel has been my favorite shave gel for many years. I decided to try this stubble version because I shave at most once a week now, sometime only every two three weeks. (Because I'm old and lazy, NOT because I'm young and want the currently hip stubbly look!) The stubble version is creamier, richer, and gives a better and closer shaver than the original. Not just my opinion, but my wife's too. It also has a slightly different and stronger scent than the original. Neither version's scent lasts very long, which is OK by me because I prefer unscented personal hygiene products. It is significantly more expensive that the original version, if you purchase by the single can. But not a big deal for infrequent shavers like me. BE WARNED - the stubble version has been discontinued by Nivea!

The only shave gel I use
It works perfectly for a smooth finish on a new razor. I shave against the grain for a smooth finish and cover with the Nivea after shave balm. I of course get cuts but no razor burn at all with this gel unlike others I’ve tried so I’ll take my wins where I can get them.

Nothin' exciting. Does what it promises.
My husband's sensitive skin has always made him loathe to shave. Long ago he discovered that Edge Sensitive Skin was the most comfortable to use, so for decades we've purchased nothing else. When Amazon Vine offered this option, I figured it couldn't hurt (much) to try it out. And, it turns out, it works fine. My husband says it's comparable to Edge -- neither better nor worse. Nivea promises that the shaving gel is "free from drying alcohol and dyes," which is a positive, but I don't think Edge has them either. In any case: This is good. Not oh-wow good, but certainly usable.

Lady bits approved
This is the best shaving cream I've ever used for the nether regions. Apply, wait 30 seconds to a minute for it to soften stubble, then go to town. Never irritated the skin and I have 0 bumps or razor burn. I believe this product has been discontinued but I'll keep buying it as long as I can get my hands on it. One can lasts me about 4 months.

Control the cream delivery
Everything is perfect, except the delivery of cream from the nozzle. You have to press very slowly to control the amount of cream coming out of the nozzle. If you press normally, an excessive amount of shaving gel is delivered.

Hard to use
Very disappointed. First time I tried to use the product all the air in then can came out. Second time this has happened. Will not buy again

Great product, every claim is truth.
We have sensitive skin, this product is exactly what we needed. Doesn't create razor bumps and gives a close shave. Economical you only need a small amount. Wife uses for under arms and legs no irritations.
