I have had stubborn high blood pressure for years and have been on beta blockers, mainly Lisinipril. It Really Works, Even Under Extreme Circumstances! I'm Ecstatic with the Product.
I have been using this for approximately 2 weeks and my pressure has ALREADY come down from 139/90-ish to 125/78. I am confident it will continue to come down. Keep in mind, I am a single mom of 2 autistic teens, an EMT on night shift responding to 911 calls in the busiest metro area in the south (US) and regularly get very little sleep and few actual meals. Wonderful product!

This really works. I take 3 per day and have cut my b.p. medication in half. My pressure went down from 140/70 to 120/60.It took about three weeks to work.My blood pressure has never been this consistent. I am shortly going to cut the blood pressure medication in half again(1/4).

Didn't work for me
I tried taking just one capsule a day and then 2 a day with no results. My bp has been edging up over the years (I'm 76) but I hoped to avoid prescription medication. I'm not over weight, active and try to eat right. Recently I've tried cutting back on salt and sugar as well. The only thing that seems to help is vigorous exercise - a 20-30 mile serious bicycle ride or a good weight workout.. That takes it down to normal but it will be back up the next morning.
