Has this actually helped with your numbers?

Yes it definitely helps.  Anything you can do to get sugar out of your diet will help your numbers including A1C.  Same with using Truvia or Swerve and their combinations of brown, confection, regular granular, etc. I use Truvia but everyone has different tastes.  I also use almond flour or almond and coconut flour to make desserts along with the Truvia etc.  From a cake that has 450 calories per slice and 65 carbs to 170 calories but only 3 net carbs it’s quite a difference and allows you to enjoy. Swerve has their own cake, cookie mixes. Their chocolate cake made up into a zucchini bread and covered with a chocolate glaze is delicious.  They have a chocolate one and a yellow cake mix one.  They also have chocolate chips to use, etc. Take a look at their swerve website (recipes) and the Truvia has recipes too though I don’t think they have mixes yet.  But there are lots of recipes on the internet for using almond flour, coconut flour, and the sugar replacements.  It might take a taste or two but if you haven’t been able to enjoy desserts it very quickly tastes good.  Swerve even has an ice ice cream recipe.

I use all their products, the smallest bottle for snacks and the larger one for meals or this one to just make more of a milk shake texture. I like to use this one (powder) to add fresh fruit into the vanilla one in the summer and use ice in my blender. But I mainly get the chocolate. I like to add a couple of ice cubes and blend the chocolate to make it frothy but you want to drink fairly quickly. Not as good warm — needs to be ice cold whether you make it up in advance no keep in bottle in frig for that day or in the bottled ones — all need to be very cold., but not frozen as this can make the bottled ones a little chunky not in a good way. But have used for years and years due to being diabetic.

If not diabetic, you can make up your own smoothies with sugar free yogurt, ice and fruit or veggies. And if need a little extra sweetness if using veggies use Truvia or Swerve. I never found it necessary when I made regular ones before I became diabetic 27 years ago.

As a note — things like Jello SF  gelatin or pudding, Crystal Lite drink mix — and many other products have Maltodextrin.  It spikes your levels.  We used it to fatten livestock years ago and it was in our hair, coat and plumper mix for show horses.  I do not understand why they use it but it makes no sense when you are trying to help your diabetes and lose weight — and they give us something that fattens and spikes glucose levels. It’s in all kinds of products not just SF. Chips, dressing mixes, etc.  Take a walk through your cabinet, frig, and freezer.  Look ut up on internet.

How long does the product last?

I'm not sure.  I don't know if theres an expiration date.  i use it until its gone.  I like it.  it tastes good. I have probably lost weight since I started using it.  I started using it because my knee surgeon told me to start using a protein supplement.  I keep finding it onine at Amazon and I keep ordering it and using it
