Great product low calorie
We have used this for years here in Cyprus. Just add 3 or 4 short sprays onto your home made chips and pop in the air fryer for 20 minutes lovely not greasy chips.Pop a potato in the microwave until nearly soft then spray with pam and roll in salt. 10 mins in the air fryer and perfect crispy jacket potato.Much better than fry lite. Add two short sprays to your frying pan and lovely fried eggs.We ordered the 3 pack for Dad who is in his 90's and just started air frying. He is determined to make a sponge cake in the air fryer but the frylight keeps burning and sticking to the air fryer.

LOVE IT
Lovely aerosol spray, not blobs like some of the UK LOW FAT sprays. Bit more expensive but the really do last. Good for frying or spraying baking tins. This is the second lot I have bought.

Truly non stick, doesn't add any flavour to the food - it's expensive but definitely works
