NOT RECOMMENDED - missing parts, poor workmanship
Installed one of these on my Jeep where the liftgate kept closing on me in cold weather. Worked great, but I could not install both of the gas lifts because they only included one screw ball bolt - the other gas lift didn't have any bolts so I couldn't install the second gas lift! Tried to return within 30 days but no return was allowed and it was not in stock so I could not order another set.UPDATE: Its been less than 3 months and the gas lift broke and my jeep hatch hit my son in the head. It looks like one end unscrewed. How is that even possible when it shouldnt be rotating at all? It was an unholy contraption where I couldnt get the one ball screw bolt out without destroying the gas lift. I finally got the screw out and was able to mount the other gas lift. NOT RECOMMENDED.
