Helped me prepare for my prescription.
I was hoping amazon would offer multi-focal lenses and gave these a try. At first I did not like them but I eventually got used to these. They are great for reading but when using the middle magnification for distance viewing I could see peripheral distortion on the edges, moreover the medium focus is rather small and I found myself tilting my head to focus on things. It turns out that modern progressive lenses share a similar trait but not to the extreme that these lenses do. There is a silver lining to all of this though...A short time after getting these glasses, a local optometrist (Cohen's) offered a free eye exam and a sweet deal on lenses perfect for these aging eyes. As stated in the tagline, these specs prepared me for modern progressive glasses. Cheers!

They come with a really nice case
If this is your first time trying progressive readers, don't use these as a baseline for judgment. These are the absolute worst readers I've ever purchased. The transition between reading - computer screen - beyond the screen is ridiculous, so bad that I had to laugh when I first put them on.Pros are:1.) Really lovely case to protect them.2.) The style and build quality are better than others.3.) Blue block for computer screen workCons are:1.) Lenses make me dizzy; the distortion is ridiculous. My final thoughts are that I'm not going to return them because I like the case, but the glasses themselves are in the trash because the way they distort everything makes me dizzy, so they won't do even in an "emergency."My go-to progressive readers are Foster Grants, I own many styles, and the lens progression is easy to get used to.I hope this helps,

Good value for the money.
The glasses are very comfortable and fit my face actually better than any eyeglasses I have ever worn. I had cataract surgery last October and my distance vision is perfect but I can’t see to read or do detailed work without readers. I found myself wearing the peep over readers all the time so I decided to get a pair of progressive readers from 0 correction for distance and 2.25 for reading. It would have cost me several hundred dollars to buy a pair from my ophthalmologist so I found these on Amazon. They are working satisfactory for my needs and only cost about $30. I have worn progressive glasses before so you have to allow your eyes to find the sweet spot for both your distance and up close vision correction.

Some Drawbacks With One Size Fits All
I do like them and wear them often. My only criticisms would be that as all plastic frames you can’t bend them to fit your ear height nor adjust the nose level.Multi focal lenses really should be designed to your face and pupil geometry. If these tilt left or right it puts the degree of magnification out of sync with the other eye.Criticisms aside, if the technology improves I will be so happy to do away with the weak prescription glasses assigned to me from “professional” eye exams that are useless in a few months.Higher magnification levels may make the drawbacks more pronounced. I have the 4.0 and 4.5.

Good cheap progressive glasses
Didn’t want to spend hundreds on a pair of prescription progressive glasses so I got these for my first ever eyeglasses. It takes time to get used to, but better than bifocal glasses.

Comfortable computer glasses for all day computer use
I need computer glasses because I work long hours in front of a computer. I was using regular reading glasses which caused me to lean in (bad posture). Also started getting migraines every day (doctor figured that out). As soon as I started using these glasses 6 months ago, the migraines stopped (yay!) and I can sit up straight and see my monitor. I like these because he lenses are larger and I don't see a bottom rim. I can do normal reading distance, monitor distance, and read a co-worker's monitor 4-5 feet away. Yay. They aren't comfortable for walking around because the top of the lens still has correction. I ordered the same correction as my regular reading glasses. I also ordered a different pair at the same time as these but haven't used them yet because these have worked so well for me.

I drive truck
Wanted glasses when I can look down and read a map while looking up to drive. They work "Ok", Read a map fine but the top is not blank or #1 there is some distortion. So my normal vision to look far away is blurry. Just wanted 2 power to read low and nothing to look ahead. Like it is half power at the top of the lenses. The blue light filter is nice as it turns the world yellow but on bright days cuts down a lot of ambient light and glare.

Weird focal areas
The focus points are in circles (ish) why?!? eg: If you use 2 computer monitors, looking at one makes the other out of focus. If the multifocal was linear top down, that would be perfect (but it's not)... so lots of head movement to get things right. The only positive is that they are super-light (plastic, yet durable enough) and comfortable.

NOT MULTI-FOCUS
As noted they are NOT multi-focus. They are only plain magnification, as the sticker on the glasses indicates. They are also not 2.50 magnification. I compared to others I have that are correct. The seller doesn't know what the are selling.
