My child loves it. I bought it for his college online classes. It is fairly convenient to use; you don’t need to install additional software which I hate it. The video picture is fluent, the resolution is great. It is better than my laptop webcam. And it looks great from the outside. The price is much lower than the Logitech webcams. Overall, this is a 5-star product.

Since I have to work at home, I was searching for a webcam. The price is just too high for some brands. Then I purchased this item for a fairly good price. I didn’t expect very good quality at the beginning. The item arrived yesterday. The installation was straightforward, hook up the USB cable, then it is ready to go. I used it for several hours in a conference. The picture quality is fine. The sound is clear. It has fully satisfied my expectation. The shipping is fast, get it in time, it saves my work.

I've been using this camera a couple of weeks now for Zoom. It's all good except for the lack of its handling of white point. Neither the automatic or manual Zoom controls or filters can give good skin tones and I always have a ghostly face whether it's daylight or artificial light. Since I'm not using the camera for any glam meetings it shouldn't matter that much. But it's kind of weird that my face is the only one that is glowing so bright in the Zoom grid.A few days later >>> I'm now bumping this one up a star. I compared it to the AverMedia 313 webcam which I just got at Costco. The AverMedia also gave me a washed out look but not as much. It turned out that my monitor's white light was causing it. I changed the monitor to night mode and it was a lot better on both cams. Honestly, I feel like returning the AverMedia cam now since its base only allows the camera to swivel left/right but this Esthepro has a fuller range of adjustment. It also has a double hinged base to give a more secure feeling if you are placing it on top of a monitor.

The narrowed field of view for this device is less than what it is for most, which is WHAT I WANTED!... so very happy with it. I use this for online meetings, and have no need to show them my entire room via wide view. MOST of the other cameras have the wider 110 degree view. IIRC, this one is closer to 80 degrees.It worked instantly on Windows 10 just by plugging it in. Skype/Zoom picked it up immediately.I didn't test the mic, since I still prefer to use a headset with mic for this.

This camera does regular light and low light quite well. I have used it in my cubicle with only the light from my two monitors and a under desk light (LED) as lighting and it worked very well. It kept me in focus and never either in the dark or blown out because it was trying to bring up my background. You can also use the Zoom backgrounds or the ones in WebEx just fine. No problems whatsoever. Really like the camera and will probably be buying more for the employees if we do more remote conferencing.

Camera stopped working after a week or so. It lights up but doesn’t work despite trying it with various softwareQuality WAS good when working but obviously that’s unacceptable if not working

This camera doesn't seem HD to me... very blurry and the white balance can't seem to be adjusted... I mean, I'm pale, but not a ghost. Video quality early flip phone at best... Will be returning.

A middle of the road Webcam. Other than just plugging it in using it out of the box, there is nothing else "great" about it. Picture quality is "meh", about the same as other cheaper webcams. Not impressed, but not really disappointed. Not sure why they print "HD" all over these cams, there is nothing "HD" about the picture. If you're expecting the kind of video you get on your phone, you will be sorely disappointed. Focus is ok as long as you stay still... I got it on sale, so the price was ok...otherwise, I would return it...
