Perfect for my 4 year old son who is developmentally delayed and showing signs of autism. He started throwing a lot of tantrums in which he bangs his head as hard as he can into a wall or any hard surface. This helmet saved the day! It’s soft and light but well padded and it helps that it’s adjustable in the back.Plus, it’s much less expensive than a protective helmet you can order through a doctor. And a lot less ugly than those ones.

I'm an adult male. I needed this to protect an ear that was healing up after getting cauliflower ear from brazillian jiujitsu. My head is on the small side, and the large was too big. Medium fits perfectly. If your a grown man and you don't have a big head, get the medium.
