I started using a Reishi Mushroom Extract supplement a couple of years ago and have noticed it really supports my immune health. Like many people, I’m focused on staying well, especially in today’s world, and this supplement has become part of my routine. One thing I appreciate about it is its simplicity—just clean ingredients with no noticeable side effects, whether taken during the day or at night. A couple of weeks ago, when I felt a bit under the weather, I increased my daily dosage slightly (usually, I take 1000 mg split between the day and early evening). It seemed to help me bounce back more quickly, still without any negative side effects. I’ve tried other mushroom-based supplements before but didn’t notice much benefit. This one, however, stands out for its quality and effectiveness. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend it and plan to purchase it again.

A friend gave me some Ganoderma coffee which is basically instant coffee with reishi mushroom extract. I had a pleasant experience with it. It made me chatty and happy. So, I was curious about the benefits of the reishi mushrooms. I looked on amazon for reishi mushrooms and found doublewood reishi mushrooms to be the best value. I drink three capsules first thing in the morning and go for a long walk, it seems to help with my circulatory problems. I used to have nosebleeds all the time and my legs would be so tired at the end of the night. Now, the nosebleeds are minimal now, and although I still have tired legs the number of days have been decreased and my legs feel better rested the next morning. Not sure if it's the mushrooms. I would like to think so. I have not noticed any other benefits.

This Reishi Mushroom has higher potency than the others. You can feel the abundance of energy after taking it.

I've been searching for a solution to manage my mood swings during premenopause and menopause. While moringa helped with hot flashes, I still struggled with my moods.
