Outstanding Customer Service by Furrion
I actually did not get to use the product since it was significantly damaged during the delivery process. But I give the seller an outstanding rating because I delayed the opening of the package from June to Sept and only then discovered the damage. No run around - but immediate action to approve and initiate a refund - all in under 35 minutes. With service like this, you know they stand behind the product and its quality. I will be getting an upgraded model from Furrion.

Has feet and no stand.
All what this TV does is good. This is not a smart TV, but if you have a streaming device a smart TV is not really needed. The only downside of the TV is on how all TVs these days have the feet instead of a stand. Had to order a stand since it won’t site on my entertainment center.

Piece of CRAP! Buyer beware, that’s all i can say!
I bought this TV thinking it would be a decent quality TV for the low price. WRONG,WRONG,WRONG! FIRST, it was LATE arriving, THEN when it DID arrive the ENTIRE SCREEN was SMASHED....not just a few cracks but SMASHED! And the culprit? The COMPANY! It was packed in a THIN BOX and kicked around by UPS, and there was absolutely NO styrofoam sheet or padding between the SCREEN and the BOX! So i returned it IMMEDIATELY for a full refund and bought a 40” TCL ROKU LED 1080p SMART TV with super easy WiFi setup, built in apps with automatic software updates and the option to hook up an antenna for free over the air HD channels. And the picture is gorgeous! And it even has what most TV’s don’t have today...a headphone jack! I love this TV, and i would recommend it to anyone

Terrible picture.
The worst picture I have ever seen on a FHD tv. I bought the 43" model and it was hard to even watch. Sound was ok but thank goodness for Amazon returns. Replaced it with a Insignia for a little more money and am very happy.
