At least I like the color...
This liner is dry. Like any other lip liner of course. I do like the color I will admit. Not to dark of a brown or to light. I was under the impression that this was the same liner I had bought before at a local clothing store. But it's not. It's the same name and the color is the same but the other one is retractable and creamy. Once I got the liners I realized they were not the same these are the kind you need to sharpen. Oh well at least I like the color.

Very cheap. You get what you pay for. These are not good quality at all.
