Sturdy cable and does exactly what it was advertised to do
Nothing to complain about here. The cable is noticeably thicker and sturdier than another USB-C to USC-B cable I have that is only USB 2.0 compliant. I feel safer using this cable when charging at high wattage. USB 3.0 speeds work fine as advertised as well. The ends are a bit longer though, but I count that as a plus because it means it’s built better. I only bring it up if you have space concerns with a device you’ll be using this cable with.

Love the length
These are great. I love the length and it allows me to charge my devices and not have to sit right next to the wall outlet. The quality is good and the look sharp

USB3.1 version is great for fast data transfer
This cable comes in both USB2.0 and USB3.1 versions. The cables are not very fancy looking with a basic plastic casing. The USB3.1 version is great for data transfer with much faster data speeds than the USB2.0 version. Both versions support fast charging.

Does what it's supposed to
USB C is supposed to make life easier. Having a reversible connector is supposed to make it so much easier to plug it into a device. Oh, how naive we were.Sure, plugging it in is easier. But which cable to use? Just because it has a USB C connector on both ends doesn't mean anything. It can be a USB 2.0, USB 3, or Thunderbolt 3 cable. To make matters worse, there are 4 different versions of USB 3. USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 (or Gen 1x1) are the same thing, 5 Gbps, which is what this cable supports. USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 (or Gen 2x1) are also the same thing, 10 Gbps. Finally there's USB 3.2 Gen 1x2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2x2.So how do you know what type of cable this is? Oh, I'll just look at the markings, you say. Well, I hope you have a good memory. The cable says "KEYMOX" on one side, and "SS" with the USB trident logo. "SS" means superspeed, and it's supposed to indicate what speed. 5 Gbps is the lowest of the superspeed tiers. It also has an e-marker chip inside to negotiate safe charging levels, but the only indicator of this is a stylized battery picture. If you're getting this just to recharge your phone, it will work, but it's overkill. Most phones only recharge at 15W or 18W over PD, and a USB 2.0 C to C cable will work just as well. If your phone supports USB 3 data transfer, it will benefit from using this cable for data transfer (e.g. copying photos out or copying music files to the device).Where this cable truly shine is when using it with a power adapter that supports PD to power a laptop. With the right adapter and laptop, you can provide up to 100W (20V @ 5A) to the laptop. I only have a 60W PD power supply, but I could verify (using both a Satechi and a Kavalan USB C power meter) that it's transferring 60W (20V @ 3A) to my Dell laptop.I also verified, just for kicks, that it recharges my phone no slower (and no faster) than other USB C to C cables I have, and that I can transfer files between my phone and my laptop. The cable is thick and everything appears to be well made. If I have to nitpick, then I'd say the connector is rather long. In fact, the connector is slightly longer than my Belkin cable (which is Gen 2). If you plug this into your laptop, you'll need at least 2 inches of space between that edge of the laptop and any wall due to the relatively inflexible cable. You don't want to bend it too much to risk it breaking inside. In conclusion, it's a reasonable price for a cable to power a laptop. Just make sure that this is what you need. If all you need is to power a phone from a USB power bank, a USB 2.0 cable is both cheaper and more flexible. If you're using it for an external SSD that supports 10 Gbps USB transfer (e.g. Samsung T5 Portable SSD), you'd want a different cable - one that supports USB 3.1 Gen 2 / USB 3.2 Gen 2.

It’s okay
I try to transfer data from one switch to another but it wouldn’t work. I had to keep playing with it or take it out in put it back in couple of times for it to work.

An Excellent USB-C Power Delivery Cable
I received this < KEYMOX Type C Cable, USB-C to USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 Charger Cable with Power Delivery 100W for Galaxy S8+,S9,S10,iPad Pro 2018,Google Pixel,Huawei Matebook, MacBook and More USB Type-C Devices -3 Feet Black > a couple of weeks ago but I couldn't review it until today. The reason for the delay is, though I had some chargers with USB-C ports, none of them allow for fast charging. So any review based on what I already had would not be fair to this cable. What to do?Well, I ordered this < USB C Charger, Anker 18W PIQ 3.0 Compact Fast Charger Adapter, PowerPort III Nano USB C Wall Charger for iPhone 11/11 Pro / 11 Pro Max/XR/XS/X, Galaxy S10 / S9, Pixel 3/2, iPad Pro and More > and it arrived yesterday. (It is one great charger! It is by far the smallest one I own - amazingly small! - and it features IQ charging.)I only have one item that requires USB-C fast charging and that is the < Verizon Wireless Jetpack 8800L 4G LTE Advanced Mobile Hotspot >.When I attached this cable to the new charger and then to the Jetpack 8800L, the screen indicated "Fast Charging" - and it was!As far as I am concerned, this cable is excellent. It is well-made and appears to be quite robust. At its current price ($10.99) here on Amazon, it is my opinion that it represents very good value for money. The combination of the Anker charger and this cable is near state-of-the-art in function (at its power level output) at this time.Obviously I give it a very high recommendation.Thank you for reading this and for considering my opinions.Lawrence H.
