Sorry I am not giving a good review , i replaced the original battery , for holding the charge as was when new , replacing it i was hoping i will get close to the first battery which came with the Laptop, This replacement is not any better than the old one .Sorry , maybe i bought the wrong one Now , that I have used it for sometime I can write a better more accurate revue , this-item is garbage , it does not worth its value I keep charging it al the time , the minute is not charging it looses all is charge , I am back using the old which came with the laptop an other Amazon reps mistake, not evaluating the product exactly .its worth

So far, so good on the battery life. I've been using the battery for several weeks now, and have been able to unplug for at least 1.5 hours and use the laptop, which I had not been able to do at all in recent months with the OEM battery. So, great price to extend the life of the laptop since I'm really not ready for that purchase right now.

I had written a letter to the mfg. when I purchased this 10 months ago expressing my disappointment that it only held a charge for 2 hours when fully charged. Now, 10 months later, it won't hold a charge for 10 minutes. CWK's response to my inquiry is that there is no warranty, a battery is a consumable product. So what exactly does the "24 month warranty" cover???? Definitely not happy with this response.

Battery life is as good as the original battery but the fit is slightly loose. It rattles slightly when carrying my laptop.

So far awesome! I checked at Batteries Plus, a local store and the price was $130.00. I refused to give them that much and ordered it from here. Hey, my laptop runs again with a battery in it. I'll update as it ages, it has a two year warranty on it.

This was the best product available for my laptop , which was not holding a charge. I ordered this item and it arrived on time and fixed the problem along with the charger that I ordered at the same time. Thank you for your excellent service.

Product & Seller are horrible and unprofessional. Battery will not hold its charge after 8 months. Reached out to CWK four times (via email and once via phone) and they are non responsive. I would NOT recommend the product, OR the Company. Horrible customer service!!!!
