Received quickly. Did not feel any results with first box. I am told it takes at least 2 months to feel change, however most items I take I can feel some change in 3 to 4 weeks. Did purchase 2 boxes but really felt no improvement. May have to take longer. It sounds like a good product and it probably works for some people better than others. My system is detoxing and going through many changes right now.
