Better than other solutions I've tried
I have had toe fungus for over 20 years (big toe on right foot and now both big toes). One foot doctor recommended tea tree oil which I tried a long time ago but it never proved to be effective. One of the issues is just how long it takes for any of the solutions to work and inevitably I find I either run out of product or I forget to apply it for several days . I have tried many different products as well as home remedies but nothing seemed to touch it. On one occasion I noticed that the active ingredient in one product that was somewhat effective, was a small amount of Undecylenic acid. I started looking for a product that had more of this active ingredient and came across this product by Foot Cure. It has 25% Undecylenic acid (Extra Strength) as the active ingredient. I bought a bottle and I could see it was more effective than other choices I've made in the past. I continued to use it but I forgot to apply it on some days and had to start the treatment again. Nail fungus is very resilient. I had an idea. I would buy a toe bandage and use it to keep the liquid treatment in place over my big toe. Unfortunately the bandage was too tight and I had to give it up. Then I thought about applying the treatment to the toe and also putting some of the product on the outside of my sock over the big toe. This proved to be very effective in keeping the product in contact with the toe. After one week the toe fungus was almost gone so I plan to keep using this approach until the fungus is eliminated completely. This approach does consume the product faster but Ive waited years to find something this effective so if it takes a couple of months I'm onboard. I saw a comment about how to use the brush instead of the dropper. I found if I removed the plastic dropper piece from the bottle you can then screw down the top that has the brush attached. That's the way I use it now - it uses the solution more efficiently and more accurately i.e., the solution lasts longer. I have a bottle on subscription every three months. I have been wearing open end sandals in the house and whenever I change to sneakers and then back to sandals I add some of this product to my toe nails again. I can see a difference but from experience I know it takes time and one has to be vigilant - clean your teeth and paint your toe nails right after. Do it again when you next see your toes. Nail fungus is very aggressive. If you miss a day it will continue to creep down your toenail. I believe this product could take 6 months (perhaps 3 to 4 bottles) of constant application to totally clear up the fungus but it's the best product I've found so far.

BUY THIS!!!
This stuff works!! I have tried several types of toenail treatment. Cremes, spray. Nothing worked. I researched this product and with the help of other reviews, I decided to try it. My big toenails were in bad shape and embarrassing. I prepped my nails per directions and applied. The product has no smell. It was penetrating on the first application. Very pleased to see that, so I applied more. Twice a day. I was seeing a difference in 3 days. Thickness was gone and color was coming back. I also used it on my dry cracked heels (after exfoliating), rubbing it in with a clean makeup remover pad. Its working wonders and I will continue to buy it. One thing though. I had a hard time getting the oil to drip out of the small hole, even turning the bottle upside down. Do yourself a favor and take the dripper out. I used a thin paring knife and it pops right out. The cap still tightens and it has a brush attached like a nail polish brush. Bingo!!

Product Appears To Be Working
I’ve used this fungus treatment twice a day on my big toenail for about a month. It appears to be working but very slowly. There are small sections of the nail that are getting lighter but the overall nail is still about 70% dark. I think that over time it will work but it will take a few months. I’ve used other products on this problem and they didn’t work at all. So this product is working slowly but at least it appears to be working.

My first weeks with the product.
I must start by describing some of my personal information and affliction. I am 71 and dealt with this fungus problem most of my life. The only product that has ever worked, 85% of the time, is by prescription and required testing to make sure it was not going to kill my organs. Because they are easy to reach and monitor, I started with my hands. Eight out of ten fingers were extremely bad and for the other two fingers had slight discoloration, but no actual fungus visible. The fungus on most of my nails was involved that it was all the way down to within about 1/8’ of the center of the nail right at the cuticle. As the fungus destroyed the new nail growing it cause the nail to puff up into a large ridge and it would continue growing this way on any of the new nail growth. These puffed areas caused what should be the hard surface of the nail to be very soft and brittle. I found it necessary to file this unless nails down to the nail bed to keep them from being ripped off while using my hands daily. So, most of my nails were nothing more than yellow colored soft fungus. For the record, I have tried many over the counter products with zero success. I began using this product about two weeks ago and I created a regiment of my own to be as consistent as possible with each application. I prep my nails before each and every application. The prep begins my putting a little of Dawn dishwashing soap in a small glass and adding a little water. I chose Dawn because I have always found it to be a great cleaner and really cuts through oils and dirt. From my little glass containing the Dawn and water I use a stiff tooth brush to dip and scrub each finger nail and skin area around the nails. I then rinse my hands, dry them off with a clean paper towel and allow them to air dry for about 15 minutes. I have no idea how long it really takes for the nails and skin to dry, but I had to start somewhere. My application of the product is much like applying nail polish. However, I do apply the product about 1/8 of an inch onto the skin area surrounding the nail. The product goes on pretty thick and almost looks like very high-grade and light machine oil. I never felt any tingling or burning from my nails or skin around the nails. The instruction states that you should allow the product to dry and I do wait at least 15 minutes, but does not ever seem to fully dry to a solid finish which what I was expecting. When the product is applied it is very shinny and even after 20 minutes of drying time it is still bright and shiny. However, as soon as I rub my nails by grabbing a shirt of putting my hands into my pants pockets, the shiny is gone. I can only assume that the shin, that is now gone, is excess product that was not absorbed into the nail and nail bed. I should also mention that I avoid putting my hands into water unless I use rubber gloves. I have seen over my past years that the fungus seems to act like a sponge and suck moisture into the fungus areas, blot and then crumble. I try to plan my days that involve putting my hands into water that I am quickly ready to prep my nails and apply the product. I am now two weeks into using the product and it looks like it may actually be doing what they claim! I mentioned above that the shine wipes off, but it must have penetrated enough that the nail and exposed nail beds look to have a more natural color and pretty much none of the ugly yellow fungus area. The exposed nail bed surfaces seem to have become harder and do not show any yellow fungus. It appears that the new area of nail growth is more natural and with the stiffening ridges that a strong nails should have. I am going to continue using the product because it looks like it is going to work, but my only wish is that nail growth would be much faster so that I could really see it happen and end to this nasty affliction. Regards, Chuck
