It's a bulb of good quality and it will get the job done. It's standard size.Please note that in a country with a tropical climate like India, bulb of sphygmomanometers will go bad every few months. It's derived from rubber after all. So do keep your expectations realistic.The bulb is very affordable and quality is quite good. Thank you to the seller for selling products like these online. The bulb is not made of goos quality rubber. It does not inflate & deflate properly, instead it stays in slightly deflated form. Also, it is plasticky to touch
