The flavor I got my husband is the grape, and our son got the fruitpunch, and they both say it taste great. It rapidly dissolves and works just like a kool-aid mix. There's no gritty texture, and the guys claim they can see the difference it makes while they work out. I don't think you get many servings per container so I don't consider it a great value. But our son specifically asked for it for his birthday. He said it works quickly , but to make sure to take a week without using it a month to help make sure you're kidneys and live function normally.

There no major magic in this mix, but it does taste good. While I don't think it's actually improving performance by any massive margin, you're probably going to drink some kind of pre-workout and this is not a horrible one.

My absolute favorite. I have tried almost every brand out there but this is my favorite by far! The flavor variety is great. This was my first time trying grape and it did not disappoint. I have yet to try a flavor I didn't like. The best part is that it doesn't just taste great but actually works, and quickly with no crash later on.

This is an excellent stimulate. It has a very smooth onset, it keeps me focused for hours, and doesn't make me feel as anxious as coffee plus lasts a lot longer. Favor is tasty and simular to kool-aid. Mixes easily. Grape and watermelon are better than the fruit punch favor. It's not to be mixed with other caffeine or stimulates simultaneously. One scoop a day is powerful enough for me (I'm 6'1", 180 lb). It will mess with my stomach if I take a 2nd scoop during the afternoon.

This stuff really works, I take a scoop of it 45 minutes to an hour before a workout and I can actually feel it working in my body giving me more energy. Plus it has creatine in it. I will be buying it again. I am 69 years old and I take this a half hour before I hit the gym and it really does work without it I would be struggling. I can tell when it's starting to work because and I'm not kidding here my earlobes start to tingle oh okay
