I bought these to use for hand towels in my bathroom. Of course they sat around a few months before I got around to installing them, past my return window. When I finally did install the first one it was simply, easy, and perfect. The second one I had a hard time getting it set. I used quite a bit of force and ended up completely stripping the Allen wrench that comes with it. My husband was able to get the set screw out and it was cross threaded. So I reached out to the company via email and had a response within minutes. Within 30 hours there were a few back and forths and I am being sent a complete new screw kit. They were super responsive, easy to understand, and made sure that their resolution was acceptable before taking action. So happy with the way they look and their customer service.

Sturdy, easy to put roll on. No disassembling. I will buy again. No excuse for not refilling roll.

We needed some new, cost-effective hardware for our bathroom and purchased one of these not too sure what to expect.It was incredibly easy to install and is very sturdy. Word to the wise: the toilet paper we use seems to leave a lot of dust which shows a lot against the black finish.

Does the trick. Toilet paper hasn't slid off the end. Looks good enough to match Delta Trinsic finishes we used for sink and shower.

This is a really nice product at a very good price (only £13.99).Looks great.Very sturdy.Easy to install (wall-mounted using a drill).Reversible (8mm socket required).This item is reversible (although this is not stated in the instructions).So you can have the holder facing left or right.There is a small small nut inside the mounting plate that you need to remove first with an 8mm socket.Then you take off the toilet roll holder arm and replace it pointing in the opposite direction.Make sure you fully tighten the 8mm nut again as otherwise there will be a little movement in the arm.For installation:First, I reversed the toilet roll holder arm as I needed it facing the opposite directionThen I made 2 markings on the wall with a pen for where the mounting holes would be.I used a centre punch to make an indentation in each of those markings, to help guide the drill bit into the wall without slipping etc.Then I used an electric drill with a 6mm drill bit to make the mounting holes in my concrete wall.I knocked wall anchors (wall plugs) into the holes and then screwed the mounting plate on to the wall.Finally, I used a hex key (allen key) to tighten the set screw and fix the toilet holder to the mounting plate.Supplied parts included in the box:1 x toilet roll holder1 x wall mounting plate2 x screws2 x wall anchors (wall plugs)1 x hex key (allen key) for tightening the set screw1 x set screw (grub screw)

Was really easy to install except that it makes a squeaking noise whenever I touch it and sounds like it’s going to fall off. Realised that it’s not the fixing and is firmly attached to the wall, the problem is the handle is attached to the base plate with a single bolt that can’t be tightened and is slightly loose. Why not simply weld the handle to the base!?! Get something else as this can’t be fixed.

Well made & finished. Affixed by a screw plate on the wall (not adhesive) - easy to install. Manufacturers appear to have noted earlier comments as the wall plate has straight sides so that rotation of the bar cannot occur. Absolutely solid when installed, I anticipate it will have a long life

Production quality is low, loosly held together with a single bolt at the end of the small shaft which loosens over time and eventually leads to drooping and it falling apart. You will likely be removing this to tighten every few weeks.Should have been 1 piece welded with only the end bracket being removable. Clearly made this as cheaply as they could.

Our family is made up of all kinds of shapes and sizes. From “Grandad with a big bum” to the half pint delinquent.This is fitted in the downstairs WC for all to use and abuse. It’s looking good after a few months on the wall and still strongly fixed.
