Overall the product does what it says and works very quickly. I have found this product is great when working hard and sweating heavily such as outside in high temperatures and humidity. It works much more quickly than "G"ade or other drinks as it has a better potassium to sodium (should be above 1) ratio. The unflavored version and it has a similar after taste to the "G"ade Zero but is not unpleasant. You can also mix it with flavorings to help mask the taste if you prefer.Pros2 to 1 ratio of potassium to sodium. If all the information on the package is truthful (anyone got a chemistry lab in their pocket?) then these things are exactly what I and a lot of other people need.Most if not all other products claiming to replace electrolytes are only giving you sodium in one form or another. No potassium, no magnesium, no nothin'. Just sodium. As in, already nearly inescapable in commercial foods. Weak. These contain more of the other ones that people need, and aren't as easy to get in sufficient quantities.Also, this stuff is almost entirely flavorless, so I can mix it with almost anything. A fruit-infused tea becomes a sport drink. Very nice.

I bought this to give a family member who is presently going through chemo treatments for rectal cancer. She is on a mostly liquid diet so she needs to build up her electrolytes otherwise she feels very weak and lethargic. MSK thought this was a good idea in her case.

I work in 120• heat . I need an electrolyte that is all natural , no flavor , no artificial sweetener . This was great as it prevented me from getting heat sick.

When I received this product I immediately noticed it was 8 months past the “use by” date. I tasted it anyway and boy do I regret that... horrible! Highly disappointed
