Great workout
Wanted to challenge myself a bit more and these bands do that. Am bilateral amputee in an adult care facility so exercise is somewhat limited and gives me a way to work on upper body strength

Good Van De Graaff Generator Belt
Works excellent as a belt for a van de graaff generator. This material does not degrade like latex bands. There seems to be coating that prevents static electricity from building up on the belt, but washing the band with soapy water removes the coating effectively. Shortening the belt can be done by cutting the band and sewing it back together. Cut the belt at an angle so there isn't sudden bump when the belt goes over the pulley.

Theraband is a proven product with a solid track record - this is why it's one of the top choices for physiotherapists everywhere. Use it as directed and it'll last a very long time (but if you abuse or nick it, it will break, obviously). These bands are perfect, love them. For those complaining about the powder, the powder is cornstarch - this is a latex band. It'll stick to itself without it.
