I have scoliosis and this brace has been the most comfortable to wear. I have a thick torso (apple shape) and I tried other braces available on this site that covered the whole torso, but they were very tight on me. The last brace I ordered was tight and the material did not breathe. So it will get real hot and apparently was cooking my insides because I started having serious stomach issues. I got this brace and started using it and my torso problems went away. I wear it for 8 hours a day in the evenings and it gives good posture as a result of wearing. It has velcro and the last one I got lasted for more than a year. I recommend this brace for its good design, it does the job, so you get good value.

The one size works for both hubby and myself - 5’11” and 5’. He just wears it upside down and the support hits the exact same spot as it does on me right side up. Just enough support to remind you to straighten up. This is not a brace. It’s a mild support. Perfect for the computer slump. I slouch terribly when I’m on my laptop, this is the perfect ‘reminder’. The only negative note is the position in the armpits. You can adjust the ‘dig’ with the Velcro straps; but due to the necessary styling, you’re going to feel it there. Have noted the same styling across the board. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture in just two days. Amazing what muscle memory does with a bit of a push. Definitely a 10 of 10.

The construction of this product is good. The material is OK, although not soft. Worn properly and for the amount of time it says to It seems to hold your shoulders back, you don’t realize it until you take it off how it helped, but I will probably end up sending it back and trying something else, because it puts my hands to sleep. I’ve adjusted it several ways...the tingle is very uncomfortable and I have to take it off.

I’ve been using this posture corrector strap for a little while now, and overall it does help with posture — I definitely feel more aligned when wearing it. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks that kept me from giving it a higher rating. First, it was a bit tricky to figure out at the beginning. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it took some trial and error to get it adjusted properly. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier to put on and use regularly. The biggest issue for me is the comfort level. It tends to dig into the armpit area after wearing it for a while, which makes it hard to keep on for long periods. If you’re planning to wear it throughout the day, that could be a downside. All in all, it’s effective and does the job, but just be prepared for a bit of discomfort and a learning curve at first.

I've been using this for several weeks now, and I am satisfied with my purchase. This is the first posture corrector I have tried, and it was easy to use right out of the bag. When I put it on, my back pain is instantly reduced as it pulls my shoulders backwards. Fixing your posture after spending years hunched over the computer isn't going to happen overnight, so I think it's important to go in with reasonable expectations. I haven't noticed a dramatic improvement in my posture when I'm not wearing the corrector (probably because I still have to build the correct muscles to keep my shoulders from rolling forward), but I've only been using it for the recommended 20 or so minutes per day. It's possible that wearing it more frequently or for longer periods might get you more dramatic results. I do get some chafing in the underarms if I wear it with a short-sleeved shirt, so I recommend wearing it over longer sleeves to make it more comfortable. I suspect you would get chafing no matter what brand of posture corrector you get because many have a similar design. The straps are padded, and that definitely helps. I wear a women's size ~4, and this fit me perfectly when everything was tightened to the smallest possible setting, but you if you have a small frame or narrow shoulders, you may want to choose a different style with more sizing options. Overall, this is a solid product, and I would recommend it.

Great posture trainer. Wife worn it everyday 3 weeks. (6 hours) Noticeable difference. She only wears it for the gym now. Along with back exercise. Posture is perfect

I bought this because I’ve always walked with my shoulders somewhat forward/slumped, and while I try to correct my posture while walking my dogs, my thoughts will often wander (look a puppy 🐶), and before I know it, I’m walking slumped again. This posture corrector is very easy to put on; it’s comfortable and is a gentle reminder that I’m walking bent forward. I wear the posture corrector twice a day while walking my dogs for about 30-45 minutes each time, and there’s no discomfort whatsoever afterwards. I’ve found it easiest to put on as if I’m putting on a t-shirt, and as long as the fully adjustable straps are loose, it’s just as easy as putting on a t-shirt. Once it’s on over the top of my shirt, I adjust it accordingly, and I’m walking into places like I own the joint! I’ve forgotten to put it on several times since I’ve had it, but I have already noticed that I’m naturally reminding/correcting my posture. This product is designed to do precisely that, gently remind you that your posture is slightly “skew whiff” so that you can correct yourself. I don’t often write reviews, but when I received a letter in the mail that was very nicely written and addressed to me personally, from the owner of this company thanking me for my purchase and assuring me that if for any reason I didn’t like the posture corrector, or if I had any problems, she would gladly refund or replace the product, it prompted me to leave an honest review that would support a locally owned and operated company right here in the good old USA 🇺🇸! It was a refreshing change from the usual mass-printed card of thanks from most other companies. Expensive for the quality

ho comprato questo prodotto per due motivi: volevo provare per capire se poteva aiutarmi con il mio dolore alle spalle e per il prezzo abbastanza economico. Devo dire che il prodotto in se è ben fatto e abbastanza pratico da usare e, rispetto alle mie aspettative, devo dire che funziona anche. Ovvio dopo un po' che lo indosso mi dà un certo fastidio ma la sensazione di alleggerimento sulle spalle e di miglioramento nella postura rimane per un bel po' anche dopo averlo tolto. L'ideale è usarlo con una maglietta leggera (o una tuta) quindi purtroppo lo posso usare solo un po' alla sera quando sono a casa. Comunque nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
