These are perfect, I thought they would be tricky to get the baking out of but nope east as anything, I still prefer tins but these are really good and a lot easier to clean

Perfect pans
These silicone pans are ideal. The non stick is perfect and while very lightweight, they hold batter for a sponge cake very well. Easy to wash and store. Perfect.

Not totally non-stick
Used for the first time to make a Victoria Sponge, after spray oil lining base and sides.Both bases had 'stuck ' removing chunks off the cake.In spite of being silicon, I will have to greaseproof paper line the bases next time.
