Not really fit for purpose
Doesn’t work effectively as a back brace for these reasons:1) Due to being cheaply made it has no grip on the back piece. It then rides up your spine area, higher up more to the neck area. Then the centre back piece that is supposed to add pressure to push your back to make your chest go forward just ends up higher up your neck, and ends up pushing your neck forward - creating an even worse posture. But what did I expect for £5 you really do get what you pay for… It’s okay if you are fine with readjusting the device every 5 minutes but it never stays in position. And I’m literally sitting at home barely moving on the sofa when using this thing.2) There is no guidance for where the straps are supposed to be or how tight to apply them for whatever size you are, so you don’t know if you are making your posture better or worse by having them too loose or too tight. Obviously everyone is a different weight and size so everyone will need to have a certain tightness, but if you are just guessing and then wearing this every day it can actually give you a worse posture and you’ll need real medical attention.3) The item is supposed to have a support bar in the back piece to keep your back straight but it seems to be made out of foam or something as you can literally bend it with the tiniest bit of force or pressure, meaning that it defeats the point and doesn’t prevent you at all from bending or slouching. This means you will never truly learn any muscle memory positions for the correct posture with this device because it doesn’t hold position in the first place.Save your money don’t bother buying this thing, save up for a better quality one with a metal back bar and a back grip.

Strap on!
Gamer here.I wanted a posture correction device, cuz my girlfriend start saying “you look like Quasimodo”.And yeah jokes aside I’m slowly changing into hunchback. Quality wise it’s ok, seems to be made from car sitbelt. comfort wise - not so grate! first time I didn’t last 10 minutes, and throw it away. well let me tell u a secret...No pain, no gain.Start small 15 minutes a day. then go for a hour, two... this is where I am. I’m able to watch a film, or do a gaming session. sometimes I forget I’m wearing it. It’s good, but forget this nonsense about putting it under your shirt and going to office. Also don’t expect to see effects after few days. think months. this device is meant to remind your body that you needy to be sitting straight. do it long enough and u will see effects.Overall good product for a price. try it, if you don’t like it it’s not costing a fortune and You got yourself a spare sitbelt!

I couldn't wear for long
I did find it made my pain in my shoulder a bit better but i struggled to wear for longer than half a hour it is very bulky in the armpit area and so it was too uncomfortable but I am not sure if this is something you have to accept with these

Corrected?
I think you may have to persevere with this, it's a bit painfull if you have it on too long.

Great if you want to correct bad posture
I have been using this now for over a week for 2 hours a day as recommended, so I thought I would write about how well it has worked for me. (Please note it may vary per person!!)Around half of my back pain I had previously has now disappeared which I would consider a win, however this is only whilst wearing the corrector and for about an hour afterwards. I would imagine that eventually it would get rid of it permanently but I will have to see about that further along!Pros - fits pretty much any body type due to the straps- comfortable to wear for long periodsCons- sometimes rubs under the arms if you don't get the strap perfect- difficult to take off without helpI will update the review later in the year with my results !!
