GOOD
I bought it mainly for the rapid repair dark spot treatment cream but decided to use the other item. It is working really well i use it every night on my nose where my glasses sit and i have seen an improvement and i've been using it for 8 days. The even glow serum was way way too harsh for my skin. I only used it on the sides of my face, thank goodness, it gave it a chemical burn look plus i did not like the way it smelled. the facial wash is nice too. does leave my skin feeling clean

Urban Bumpy Burn
The first picture is before the product was applied and the second was after applying three different times ,three days apart. Urban Burn tried to mess my face up. The product burns all the way through from first application to skin and you think nothing of it but that it’s apart of the process. No return and discontinue this product at the first sign of irritation ,all I want was the old acne scar off my face but no received tiny bumps that later looked like after shave of rash. I’m returning the product please listen to the others on here and YouTube.

Too Much of a Good Thing
I purchased this trial kit after noticing fast improvements in my hyperpigmentation and acne scars after a month of using the Urban RX cleansing bar. I don’t typically have sensitive skin, but the combination of the soap, vitamin c, and retinol was just too harsh. I tried to alternate days between the vitamin c and retinol, but I still burned. It was very frustrating to finally make progress then to have these products leave large dark burn marks on my skin. I was originally using the Urban Rx soap with Cerave Retinol, Olay vitamin C serum, and Admire My Skin brightening serum without any irritation. I used those other products long before I came across the Urban Rx soap, but they never worked this well on their own. So I erroneously assumed using the entire Urban Rx line might be the holy grail for hyperpigmentation. I take ownership of the burns. I should have done a patch test and very slowly introduced the new products rather than used them both at once. However, the trial kit wasn’t a complete fail for me. I really like the sunscreen. It has a very fresh cucumber scent, it gave moisture without feeling greasy, and it doesn’t leave a white cast. I have a regular sized bottle on its way to me as I type. The Vitamin C serum doesn’t have the most pleasant smell, but I actually enjoy how it feels on my skin. The marks are starting to peel so once my skin recovers, I will do a patch rest to rule out if the vitamin c serum was the issue, if it was the retinol, or the combination of the two. In the meantime, this minor detour will not derail my journey to clear and healthy skin.
