Sharp and precise
Sturdy product and light weight. Ideal for home cooks. Blade needs sharpening once a week but thats a norm with every knife. The tomato slicer with its serrated and curved blade takes the icing. Highly recommended. Have been using it for 1.5 years now and still going strong. Like all tools it needs proper cleaning and regular sharpening.
