Navaris Wood Analog Alarm Clock - Round Battery-Operated Non-Ticking Clock with Snooze Button and Light - Light Brown

I've come out of review-writing retirement because I felt so inspired to share the good word about by this excellent product. The display is good size and very easy to read- no confusing minute, hour and second hands. Though the workings are plastic, the outer housing is an attractive real wood that has a nice heft to it. I bought this model to match the wood finish of my nightstand. (See photo.)I've decided that, for better sleep, I don't want a clock that continuously displays the time, (usually too brightly in my face). I don't really need to know what time it is every waking moment. If I must, the button on top is easy to press and lights the dial beautifully. When you release the button, the light goes out- no delay. I like that! And, very importantly, it's SILENT.I can't speak to the alarm function, because I never use it, but it seems intuitive and simple enough. I've only had this clock for a week, but clearly it's keeping excellent time. It's a winner!

I got to say..this is a terrific little bedside clock. Simply designed. Clean lines. Does not take up valuable bedside table real estate. AND it works. Convenient button on top to access small light allowing you to see what time it is in the middle of the night. Alarm works perfectly. Easy to read. No annoying ticking. Keeps perfect time. Delivered promptly. I highly recommend this clock.

Real wood, easy to read face, a bit 'plasticy' feel on the back and a bit too lightweight overall, but still a great deal and would buy again. The other one with a similar design runs about $95! Great design -

Cute appearance... Junk clock. Stopped working after a couple months.

Just a simple alarm clock that is easy to use and not too unattractive.I do have two small criticisms: It's easy to change the time by accident, because the button for changing the time is similar to the one for setting the alarm. It might be nice if there were some safety thing preventing you from accidentally changing the time. Second, the alarm on/off button is just a switch, so without looking carefully it's not clear if you are turning the alarm on or off. Might be nice if that were more obvious so you don't have to remember which direction is which.

This is the second of these clocks that I ordered. I ordered the second because the first is so great: always non-ticking.Appx. a month after having this clock, it began to tick (a low rapid noise) and so unfortunately, I will be returning it. Not sure yet if I will take another chance on reordering and hope for another that doesn't tick.
