1000 Assorted Magic: The Gathering Cards Gold Collection, Model Number: B00JJXEX48

I just started playing Magic this summer, right before Final Fantasy came out. I mostly play online, but I wanted to be able to build some physical decks and play in-person with friends, too. I got the bundles for 4 sets to get some of the really cool new cards, but needed a bunch of filler cards to round out the decks. This item was ideal for that. First, it came with more than 1000 cards - they not only filled the box, they were tucked in around the cardboard separator in the center as well. (The photo is from after I took out the first hundred or so.) The cards were mostly unique -- only 101 duplicates, and only 20 were triples or more. And those weren't even all "true" duplicates. Some were printings from different sets. I got 32 rare, 245 uncommon, and the rest common. The mix of sets was nice, too. By far, the single biggest contributor was Foundations, with 120 cards. But there were 32 cards from Aetherdrift and Innistraad Remastered (2025), 107 from other 2024 releases, and 22 from late 2023 releases making up 281 standard-legal cards. The others were spread across the years, which as a new player, I found fascinating from a historical perspective. The mix of colors was pretty good, too. There were around 190 cards in each color, with green being a little light (only 145) and black being a little heavy (208). The types of cards were a good mix, also, being creature heavy (600) with a sprinkling of non-basic lands (35), the rest being instants, sorceries, enchantments, and artifacts. There was even 1 battle! None of these cards were knock-your-socks-off. In fact, the highest value card was a foil Wharf Infiltrator worth $1. But they were solid cards that are frequently seen in decks I play against online, and exactly what I needed to round out my high-value cards into playable decks. Altogether, Manabox rated the collection as worth $96, much more than the cost so a very good deal.

Wonderful value provided by this bulk box, whether you're getting into Magic for the first time, getting back into it, or looking for value by purchasing bulk cards. Obviously the monetary value fluctuates but I was very happy to see how much the cards were worth using a baseline. There wasn't many duplicates, with there being 900+ unique cards. I'll break down the box below: Total cards: 1118 Commons: 751 Uncommons: 335 Rares: 31 Mythic: 1 Foils: 27 The card composition is below: Non-basic lands: 56 Colorless: 67 Multicolor: 78 Green: 173 Red: 213 Black: 204 Blue: 160 White: 167 Altogether I'm very satisfied by the variety and quality of the cards. They were in great condition.

I am very pleased with this bulk box. It's both affordable, and worth your wile. It got here way quicker than the box from 4Knights. They guaranteed (I think) 25 foil cards, and I got 28. I didn't count all the cards in the box, but it was stuffed full, to the point where the box was bowing out. I got a very nice variety of cards from all mana types, and quite the collection of legendary creatures aswell. Sets ranged from core set 7 up to the most recent; including cards from Dr. Who, Lotr, and D&D. I was also surprised to find Sliver creature cards from almost all mana types. There were some duplicates, but I only found a max of 3 extra dupes per cards, and they were mostly full arts or alternative prints, so I'm totally cool with that As to why my rating isn't a full 5 stars, we need to go back to how full the box was. It was both a blessing and a curse. Again, I'm very happy with the amount of cards I got, but the cards at the ends of the rows took some hurt. Tho it was stuffed full, somehow in transit, a few cards shifted and got trapped between the edge of the box and the divider insert. They sadly got pretty bent because of this, and some of the other cards warped because of being pressed against the wall of the box for an extended period of time. Over all, I think this is a great bulk box choice for anyone wanting to get into the game. Aside from basic lands, I have enough variety to make multiple mono decks or split decks. Great assortment of cards, all colors balanced, decent amount of multicolor and a handful of lands. Only a handful of duplicates which I don’t mind. Good value for money and super excited to restart my collection!

A ver, yo soy nuevo en esto y para mi como nuevo es un 10/10. No vino ninguna ni rayada ni maltratada. Vinieron 154 repetidas pero como duplicado, es decir son solo como 4 cartas de las cuales venían repetidas más de una vez y el máximo fue 4, esto para mi como nuevo es "bueno" pues puedo usarlas para armar mazos de standard. Tierras solo llegaron 17 de las cuales solo una repetida y ninguna fue tierra básica por lo cual el arte y su función están increíbles. IMPORTANTE TODAS VIENEN EN INGLES TENER ESO EN CUENTA. La foto del mazo apilado son las repetidas.

Pelo valor do produto por mais de 1000 cartas eu gostei bastante. Diferente do que vi em algumas avaliações, não tem praticamente nenhuma repetida, nenhuma carta daquelas estrangeiras com escrita diferente (embora eu mesmo não me importe com isso), vem até com alguns terrenos extras dos quais eu estava precisando, cartas em perfeito estado e lindas Foils. Para quem está começando a jogar é uma ótima pedida. Claro, competitivamente é óbvio que provavelmente elas não serão tão interessantes, mas várias delas podem servir naquele seu Pauper, Commander, Etc.

ウキウキで待っていましたが結論として、開封する楽しみはほぼありません。 同じ値段でカード専門ショップのランダムパックを買ったほうがまだ価値があるでしょう。 レア以上が30枚ほど、値段としては一つ百円もいかないようなものばかり。古さとしての価値もないここ数年のものだけでした。古い世代が懐かしむこともほとんど出来ません。 久しぶりにマジックを始めようとする方、コレクションを増やそうとする方、どちらにも向かない物となっていました。他のレビューにあるような土地などもないため、頑丈なカードボックスが手に入っただけでした。 残念です。

Excellent assortment of cards from many different sets, very few repeats. The rares were of low value but still very good considering the price point. Superb product!
