I bought these to make caramel apple empanadas, and they worked perfectly! I love that there are different sizes, making it easy to customize for various serving portions. This definitely made a difference in the ease and speed of making some of our favorite Asian cuisine.

Last year, we cut out our pierogi using a coffee mug as a guide and tamped down the sealed edge with a fork. This product made the process much easier and increased the number of finished pierogi we could produce in a short time. The cutter on the back neatly cuts the exact right size circle for the crimper on the other size. The crimper works very well - it's so easy! The range of sizes offers options for nearly every type of filled dough product you're making.

I used to have one of those cheap folding plastic potsticker makers. It was indeed cheap and above all, small. Oh, and NOT durable at all. These are nicely made and come in a variety of sizes. I'm looking forward to making everything from dumplings/pot stickers to hand pies. Because of the glossy surface dough doesn't seem to stick too much. If your dough sticks, either dry it out a bit or a very slight application of cooking spray will put an end to that. Again, because of the glossy nature of the plastic, clean up is a snap. Stuff just doesn't seem to stick to it. They're so heavy duty that I will likely never buy any more but I highly recommend them. How many modern products can you say that about?

Not as big as I'd expect

This is the perfect set of sizes! I made Chinese cream cheese ragoons, and will make Jamaican patties, Tatar Çiğ Börek, and Turkish mantı next. And yes, the shapes are different than authentic for some of these dishes but these dumpling presses saves so much time! I only wish they had a super tiny press because I like my mantı tiny; I use premade wonton wrappers and cut each square into quarters. To save time, I used premade egg roll wrappers for the ragoons, rubbed water along the edges, placed the wrapper in the dumpling press, added the filling, and then closed the press. Despite the thinness of the wonton wrapper, they still managed to seal with the dumpling press. They fried beautifully in oil and didn’t come apart. I cooked another set in the air fryer; some filling did escape but I probably had the temperature too high or maybe I should’ve turned them over halfway through the cooking time. (If I used regular dough instead of the egg roll wrappers, they probably would’ve still stayed sealed.). I like the taste of them fried in oil better anyways.

My wife was craving some pot stickers, little did she know I ate all the ones that we had in the freezer so I had to think on my feet and came up with a family activity of making our own. When these came they were in a professional looking box and very well packaged inside. They were extremely easy to use and we ended up making tons of pot stickers. The different sizes allow for the ability to make a variety of sizes and you can fill to your hearts content. I do wish that the bottom of the presses could be used better as a "cutter" to cut sheets of wonton wrappers into circles for the best pot stickers. This would make a great gift for the chef in your life that needs a little help.

The molds are not only easy to use but also produce perfectly shaped dumplings every time. I wish they would make the bigger one in the set bigger... Who needs all these smaller ones.. just another thrift store give away from me I guess.. I only wanted the big one but couldn't buy it by itself.. no use for the other ones..
