Himalaya Boswellia, Joint Support for Mobility and Flexibility, Promotes Tissue Preservation, 250 mg, 240 Capsules

This stuff works wonders on arthritic knees, they move like butter now. I recently tried a less pricey brand that theoretically should have had twice the boswellic acid per dose and was a quarter of the price....and it flat out did not work. That was an experiment that I won't repeat, now I'm positive Himalaya Drug Co.'s Boswellia is the best. Boswellia is one of those things that either works for you or it doesn't, if it hasn’t in the past it's definitely worth a try of this brand as my own experiment shows the supplement absolutely varies by manufacturer.

UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM: I ordered for joint pain since I can no longer take nsaids, have noticed my joints are feeling some better already. Will update after taking for a while. UPDATE: THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I have been taking this Himalaya Boswellia for a while now and I can say w/100% certainty IT WORKS! My joints started feeling much better (swelling went down also) after a few days, I have osteoarthritis and it is very painful(along w/ spine disability that is excruciating) and this has helped me more than ANYTHING I have EVER TAKEN in 30 yrs of multiple surgeries!( It's not gonna work like what they give you after surgery of course), but for long term relief, it's AMAZING! I know this for sure because I tried a cheaper/more for your $ brand and my joints swelled immediately and the pain returned tenfold! I order more of the Himalaya brand and the swelling and pain was already subsiding by the end of the day! The product they use for Himalaya brand must be the legit resin used b/c the cheaper brand smelled the same but I believe the trees used in the cheap brand must've been grown elsewhere besides India,(I believe some are grown in China, etc)I. I'm to get my Mom some since she suffers from arthritis also. Btw, I received NOTHING for this review, it is a REAL, UNBIASED review. I say this b/c I want others like me to feel the effects and get the same relief I have gotten. Pain is miserable and I am so Blessed to have found and tried this product! Thank GOD for making the trees it comes from and I Thank the Folks who make this Himalaya Boswellia and make it Affordable for folks like me on a Very Limited income. I Pray it's helps anyone else who tries it like it has helped me!😊💞

Pain causes fatigue as anyone who has been there knows. I slept like a baby the first few times I used it and cut back to only one at a time [not two recommended] I found that aches and pains that were there everyday were suddenly gone. It is taking time on the inflamed nerves, but as I get rested the nervous activity is slowly stopping and healing has a chance. The effect is good, the pain is reducing everyday. I look forward to being active again before the end of summer - and that is saying something.

I originally bought this for my husband's joints. I know all the benefits for Frankincense and started taking it myself and started losing weight! I eat very healthy but have never lost weight like I am now. It's all of my inflammation. Such a healthy product. I highly recommend this brand!

I so wanted to believe this would help. I trust the Himalaya drug products, so this is not a reflection on the quality of their stuff. Simply, the boswellia did nothing for my joint pain after taking it for two months. It did not hurt me or give me any nasty side effects. Simply, my joints and back are as stiff and sore as before taking it. I don't know yet if it did anything for my blood sugar levels - will update when I know more. It may simply depend on the cause of the pain. In my case, this was all $$$ down the drain.

Very useful and beneficial supplement for joints especially knee and osteoarthritis...worth product....comlete valur for money...The only thing is that it has a side effect which is not a good thing.....My mother uses it for three months, she had got relief from the pain but the pain came back after few months... and she had the problem of falling hair with this product..Moreover, it has too many side effects...

This product Boswellia is for the American market. The equivalent of it from Himalaya for India is Shallaki at a fraction of the price. I have been using it for two months now. Unsure if it has made any difference.
