TERRIBLE quality
AVOID THIS POSTER - This has got to be a joke. It’s a poster printed on a canvas, and the quality of the “print” is HORRIBLE. You can’t read the small print, because of the quality of the “print” on the canvas. This was such a stupid waste of my money.I attached a photo of me holding a packet of seeds against the poster, so you can see the difference in the print quality.What. A. Joke.

Love this! Great quality and it is so nice to be able to see information on the Keto diet right on my fridge so it is easy for me to refer to.

The printing is probably a 6 or 8 Font at best.
They did a beautiful job of taking a lot of information and getting it on one page. But the problem with that is it is "almost" impossible to read. I can read it if I get the smallest stuff in direct light and use my ability to figure out what things say by context. At least I think I am getting it right. If you eye sight isn't excellent this will probably do you little good.

Keto cheat sheet is great!
Great product. Great lamination! Shipped quickly in protective heavy card stock package. And it’s been very useful for quick referencing keto facts to stay on track!
