I understand that I had purchased a relatively cheap cam and really shouldn't have expected much, but the advertising and reviews in my opinion are very misleading. It advertises 2K recording but really is an up scaled 480P. The pixel density doesn't even matter though because colors are awful as everything blends into one, couldn't even recognize the separation between my neck and chin. Low light is entirely impossible, mid light is just disappointing and high light just makes your point of interest glow as an unrecognizable object. Not even gonna start about the microphone. Beyond the lack of quality, its severely unreliable. Had to unplug and re plug many times throughout a video call session as it just lost connection. Furthermore this is just a repackaged camera from another brand as it shows up as a fullham camera instead of walfront in computer settings, simply sketchy. Also, Its not compatible with every program as it forces itself into 15 fps with some which is entirely unacceptable. The only two positive things about this camera is the mounting system and privacy cover which are standard on literally every camera sold here so it doesn't even matter. Look somewhere else for a camera, this just isn't the one. Advertising was well off the mark and really mislead me into purchasing. There are even cheaper cameras that have the same quality if not better. Simply disappointed.

Camera is well constructed and came with adequate directions and packaging was like an iPhone box. I will be keeping this unit. Wow, what a great webcam for a great price! We needed one for my kiddo to do his virtual learning, this one we took straight out of the box and plugged in to his USB slot on his PC and it loaded right away. It is literally plug and play. The picture quality is amazing, as well as the sound. Highly recommend.

Super easy to install; basically you just plug it in. If your computer already has a built-in web camera, you may have to turn off or disable the computer's default (built-in) audio, mic, and video settings, which is easy to do and a quick google search away if you don't already know where these settings are. No need to charge or anything like that since it plugs in via USB. It has a pretty wide shot so if you are sitting right in front of where it is positioned it might show a little more of your surroundings than desired so probably want to tidy up your work area before turning on (just a suggestion). It does not appear to have zoom capabilities (re: camera function; it works with the Zoom app just fine for me), but that should not be excepted anyway for this price point. In sum, even though I have only been using it a week and a day, I have used it for a pretty substantial amount of time for multiple video meetings for work, and I haven't had any noteworthy criticism of the product so far. Overall, great basic webcam for the price.

The camera works well and I appreciate the high resolution, but note these two items:1 - it seems to have a fair amount of latency. Using the properties in OBS I can just about cancel it out with 3ms of added audio delay.2- That 95° wide angle sounds great if it's right in your face or you want to do videoconferencing with multiple people in the picture, but for using it on top of my monitor about 25" from my face it takes in the entire room, lol. This is really a problem if you want to use a green screen and don't want it right on top of your back. I punted and used OBS to crop the image, which works well since the camera has a good high resolution. This allows me to put my Neewer Chromakey Green Chromakey Blue Collapsible Backdrop Collapsible Reversible Background 5'x7' about 2 ft behind me, which allows for decent air/AC circulation in my home office.

Camera is quite clear when focused properly. I ordered 2 of them and one of them gets weird tracers on the image when the subject is moving. Mics work great. Auto focus is difficult to manage. Cover works as designed and the stand is of good quality. I wish there was a good way to mount it to a tripod.

This webcam can be great, but it can also just choose not to work. The drivers are shoddy at best and it is very clearly a relabeled Chinese knockoff by another name. Some days the camera and mic worked perfect, but other days just the camera would work or maybe just the mic and some days it just chose not to work altogether. If you work from home, you need a camera that's going to work 100% of the time, which you won't find here. Save your money and just buy a reputable brand.

So easy to use - nothing to download - just plug and play. Better camera than the one that was on my computer. Bought it for distance learning and very pleased. My son loves the fold down flap so he can cover the camera. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the microphone not super loud but manageable for distance learning.
