This stuff is awesome! It is some of the best hydration powder!
This works great! I used to use another brand that was more expensive and still had leg cramps. So far this is way better than the other brands and is way less expensive. It does not have a ton of sugar in it like the regular type does so that is a plus. No upset for the stomach and it taste pretty good for a hydration fluid. I use it everyday and so far have been really happy with this new Gatorade product. I am so happy they came out with this type that has way less sugar in it. I buy it all the time now! Great product, would highly recommend it!

Better than standard gatorade powder
Really like this gatorade powder. The flavor is lighter, the ingredients are more natural, it's got more electrolytes... Overall, I feel better and I preform better using this product. I even prefer the flavor. Would recommend. IMO, it's worth the premium. The only thing better as a sports drink is diluted carrot juice, but that's just me.

Worked great
Works great for me. This is what they’re offering on course for a marathon I’m participating in so I bought some to train with leading up to the event and it’s worked extremely well. I see people having trouble getting it to mix, there’s a relatively easy solution- hot water. Mix it with hot water at first then when it’s mixed refrigerate it.

Hydration
I don't use this for workout purposes, but as someone who doesn't always have the most balanced lifestyle. I take several medications that make me dehydrated. I also have lost a lot of weight due to appetite loss. Sometimes I lack nutrients that keep me somewhat healthy. This really helps my body try to keep up with my constant thirst and make sure I have some kind of fuel to keep my body functioning. I always get the lemon lime flavor and I think it tastes fantastic. It's lighter than regular Gatorade, but it tastes better to me.

Much prefer over original, mixing is an art
I do Tri’s and live in the Texas heat so this and the electro. packets are big on my list. This Gatorade is great, and although I prefer the lemon lime, I prefer the orange price as this can get costly. When mixing, just don’t mix with cold water and use luke warm or even warm is better and easier. That may not be ideal for everyone, but I just fill my bottle half way, let it sit on the counter while I dress or get my gels and stuff ready and then come back, drop in 3 scoops slowly (slowly, otherwise you lose powder into the air), put on cap and shake vigorously. I then continue getting truck ready with bike or whatever, come back, fill bottle the rest of the way up and I’m good to go. Or just do it the night before. This formula used to stain real bad, but I think they have dropped some of the carotene out of it. For me, I like the lack of sugar and the endurance aspect of it. Normal GA upsets my stomach but this one doesn’t. Either way, when consuming large amounts of any liquid like this, adjusting can take time.

I really like the packaging and "bulk" price.
We hike and backpack a lot in the dry southwest and electrolytes are a MUST! Gatorade bottles are way too bulky and it isn't practical to carry coconut water or other "natural" drinks on the trail and most electrolyte packets are hideously expensive and can't always be found in trail towns and stores. I purchase small ziplock jewelry bags that are about 2" x 3" and each holds 1 scoop. I generally use 2 scoops to a 16.9 oz bottle I carry for this purpose. This makes it very easy to measure the proper amount and allows me to carry different varieties with us on the trail. It also allows me to fill up a couple of weeks supply and send bounce boxes up the trail, so I know I'll be covered. I haven't had any real problems with mixing, even in cold weather, just plan ahead and let the natural bouncing along the trail do the rest. The container seems to keep the product nice and dry and clump free.

If” water” was a Gatorade flavor.
If your hoping that it taste like normal quench satisfying Gatorade that you buy from a gas station or grocery store don’t get this. It taste like watered down diet Gatorade. It’s just shy of disgusting far as needing a more sweet normal Gatorade taste. It also clumps and you have to shack your bottle plenty of times for it to dissolve properly. So if you’re looking for a normal gatorade taste skip this and get the regular Gatorade powder. If you’re a health nutt and don’t mind it tasting like mostly water with a smidge of Gatorade then get this. I’m sure it works well regardless. It’s just getting past the taste is the hardest part for me. I returned this batch and got the original sugar flavored version.
