Gatorade Endurance Formula Powder Sticks, Lemon Lime, 1.72 oz. Packs, 12 Count

I use Gatorade in one of my two water bottles while hiking, and recently tried these stronger packets. I cannot tell if they really help more than regular Gatorade, but they taste great, and are very convenient. I do use them in a slightly diluted form - one packet to a quart of water - but I think lots of people drink diluted Gatorade... One other point: I took several packets on a multi-day backpack, and we had to store food in a bear canister. Crammed in with a bunch of other items, one of these packets did spring a leak, but they were all in a baggie, so no damage done. Just be aware this can happen under pressure - and I think one also puffed up while I was flying. It would be better if they compressed more air out of the packets - but that's a small issue. By the way, we did have bears come into camp several times on that trip - but they did not bother the Gatorade. Or maybe that's why they tried to get into the bear canisters!

Tastes great. I bought this to keep me energized and "electrolyted" through a rim-to-rim Grand Canyon hike. If you don't mind the sugar in it I can personally vouch for this product. It's a quality sports drink for long-haul workouts and while I was dumping sweat and chugging water I never bonked on my journey. I still have half the box for my next adventure.

This product has a flavor almost as fresh as as a bottle of Gatorade, but it does not mix well with ice water--most of the powder falls to the bottom of the glass and forms a solid clump. It will, however dissolve after the water warms up to room temperature and the ice melts

Convenient carry-along packs for endurance bike rides and runs... it works on the long-haul... and it actually tastes great irregardless if it's 3x the sodium of the regular off-the-shelf bottles that you buy from the store. I am training for Ironman and this is what they have on the course. So stick with.

I usually take 2 Tablespoons and then the rest at another time. First put about 1/2 cup of very hot water in and add powder. Stir and it all dissolves. Then add your cold water, and it's perfect. It has a nice flavor and is great to keep you hydrated. Price was good, and shipping was fast!

Not sure what’s wrong with mine, but no matter how I try to stir, shake, and mix the powder into my water, it just clumps. Such a waste trying to get this to dissolve.

I picked these up to come with me during a camping trip with my partner over the summer. We're both active, and wanted something we could toss into a cup or a water bottle when we got back to camp, and this did the job well. It tastes decent when you need it, and mixes quickly. Exactly what I needed for the time.
