Amazing product for the price. The picture quality and sound is great. Has features of Android as well. Got in installed in 1 day after delivery. Everything has been exceptional.

Amazon Delivery: 1. It was mentioned delivery agent will show the items in the box - not done Installation: 1. I had to follow up with Amazon customer care for installation, after raising complaint I was contacted next day. 2. Installation agent told they will reach at 5.30PM. At 7.00PM called and told they will reach at 8.00PM. I denied it as I have a baby in home and don’t want to disturb his sleep. They told if not today, will be delayed for days as Sunday they won’t work and it has to be done today only. They were forcing me for the same. I agreed for 8.00PM. At last they reached at 9.30PM. I was wondering don’t Amazon has guidelines of timing and appointments. By their unprofessional behaviour, I knew they were contract people hired by Amazon, though they denied it. 3. Now on installation time, the wall mount bracket screws were not in the box. 4. From the time installation guys reached they were trying to sell a different wall mount telling that the company provided wall mount is weak, which I denied. The cost of wall mount bracket that they were trying to push was Rs.1000. 5. Since wall mount bracket screws were missing, I had to purchase from them another wall mount bracket giving Rs.500. Funny part is the installation guys were not having screws of the TV and they came for installation. If Amazon delivery guy had done the item check while delivering this fault could have been rectified. 6. After installation the guys forcefully asked to pay Rs.100, which I denied. But kept requesting again and again. I don’t mind tipping people but I have to be satisfied for it. Since they were requesting shamelessly repeatedly to get rid of them I paid Rs.100. So installation was TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Being a loyal customer of Amazon and also an entrepreneur I was sad on the Operational Negligence of Amazon. I am not complaining, but Amazon should review the process and rectify the anomalies. ..... On Kodak TV: 1. It was terrible the wall mount bracket screws were missing in the box. 2. Wifi connection (a) It doesn’t capture or even show available wifi networks. I tried lots of trouble shooting methods but failed. Wifi connection was never a problem with my old TV with the same network. (b) Since wifi was not captured I am using Ethernet now. (c) Surprisingly NETFLIX doesn’t come as a default app with it. And to my SHOCK, it is not even detectable via Play Store. Now I have to use Fire TV stick. Still I don’t know why Netflix is not there, may be the android version used in the TV is old. 3. Picture Quality- Good , I am m satisfied 4. Sound Quality - Average Conclusion: 1. Amazon has to review their operations with installation vendor and create guidelines for a professional experience with its customers. 2. Missing item from the brand box is suspicious 3. It’s an average smart TV - wifi issue, Netflix, etc made me start hating the TV. I will never ever go for a TV based on pricing and comparing feature against a high end TV. I don’t have the time or patience to return or follow up with customer care. So just bearing my mistakes.

At the time of purchase, my requirement was just for a 32-inch LED TV that supports HDMI connection because I needed to put this in Guard room so that he can watch the camera recordings. When I bought this product, I got it for a very reasonable price and that too with the functions it support. It has built-in android so that we can download all the OTT apps for our entertainment. I didn't buy it for those functions but having them in this price is nice. Also, I thought that these features are just for marketing and we will not get the quality and apps would hang, but, I was wrong, they work fine and the display quality is also very good. I am satisfied with this product, and it fulfils all my requirements. P.S.: I didn't connect Wi-fi on this TV, or else the guard would wind up watching youtube for the whole day😅😅.

Always lagging and slow processing and dont have any option related to display brightness and sound effect so its usless but as an android tv it has all the features in with a lagging and slow processing power as well as bright screen which cannot be modified by you because mo settings exist in this tv to manage it

Review edit after 3 months usage - On top of everything I have said earlier, just one line warning - don't buy tv from any sub brand which doesn't have customer service. Its pathetic!! My remote stopped working and the customer care works only in email mode. They will reply you late and will say same thing every time and then there is no response! They will ask you to send a video of the product to see what is the problem and if it if it is covered under warranty. Even if you say you are ready to pay, they will not respond. This was first instance. Next time, my tv screen got damaged, it was a physical damage. I asked them for the replacement at my cost, they said send the video of the product to see what is the problem! I sent it. Reply was as expected. This is not covered under warranty because it's a physical damage. (What is the point! I had already asked them to repair at my cost). They told me same thing in 3 replies. Again when I insisted to repair at my cost, they said it will not be covered under warranty and our technical team will contact you. 3 days post that I am still waiting for a response from the team. I am living in Delhi, you can imagine service in small cities!! Now coming to the product review - Picture and sound quality is very good for the price range. Quality of the picture on your screen will depend on the quality of content by your dth provider. I use Tata sky HD and then amazon fire TV stick. I find better quality on Amazon fire tv stick. No stock app available for Netflix and I couldn't cast it from an iPhone. WiFi connection is good but it is only 2.4ghz which again will control your 4k videos. better if it had 5ghz wifi connectivity. But overall product is good for the price, though I realize built quality is not at par! Delivery by Amazon was hassle free but the delivery guy was more keen to get review than providing desired service! Installation from Kodak was basic without demo for the product, I didn't need demo because it is my second smart TV. installation guy was polite and installed tv as per my satisfaction. I believe in Kodak brand because of its long history and I expected the quality of product and service at par! Service is pathetic!! I would not recommend someone to buy. Spend a few thousand more, compromise with a smaller screen size according to your budget but don't compromise with service which is most important part when you buy an electronic product. Buy from brands like Samsung and LG which has good customer support and service. Personally, I am very satisfied with the service of LG brand for many of the products I have purchased in last 10-15 years!
