Bravado! Designs Women's Bliss Nursing Bra

I've been searching for nursing bras for months when I finally settled on the Bliss. I was nearly swayed by the negative reviews but I feel those bad reviews are unwarranted. Here are my thoughts: -Quality is excellent. I swear by Bali bras but they don't make a nursing bra. This bra is the closest I could find to the support, comfort, style, and material that I'm used to. -Before pregnancy, I was a B/C. At 9 months pregnant, I am a full C/D. I know that while nursing, my breasts will fluctuate, swell, feel uncomfortable at times and need more room in the cup, so I ordered a D/E. The cups on this bra look MASSIVE and I thought I had ordered the wrong size until I tried it on. Yes, there is a little room in the nipple area of the cup but just enough for nursing pads to fit in there nicely. Also this bra is lightly padded (good for not seeing nipples and pads!) so the cup has that slight cone shape that you see on some regular padded bras, and like any other padded bra that I've ever worn, I know that over time, the cups break in and the shaping will look better. -I LOVE that this bra comes with extenders and conversion kit. I didn't even know that it did when I ordered it! The band is a tiny bit snug on me and may be more snug once I start nursing so I will use the extender and when I start losing the pregnancy weight, I can remove it. How handy! I really don't understand the bad reviews about this product. If the slightly pointy cup of a brand new padded bra bothers you, maybe take off a point, but weird chemical smells? Umm no. Sizes being completely off? Make sure you follow the product's sizing guide or call Bravado if you need to, don't just guess at it! UPDATE: I just had my baby and this is the bra that came with me to the hospital. I was able to sleep in it comfortably and the shaping of the cups have molded to me. I am now filling out the extra room in the nipple area. I think this bra will fit even better the more I wear it.

I've been looking for a molded-cup nursing bra and this is it! Pros: + Soft, comfortable material. + Molded cups hide nipples well, seamless construction is smooth under t-shirts. + Unlike other reviewers, I do not think this has a bad silhouette. For me, the cups are perfectly rounded and not at all pointy. + For smaller band sizes (I'm a 32), the band is nice and tight - though I think it could stand to be a bit smaller. + Even though it doesn't have an underwire, I think the support is equivalent or at least close to most underwire bras. Cons: + Like other Bravado bras, the cups run small. The 32H/I fits more like an 32F. It's a pity; I'm only in my second trimester and I probably won't be able to wear this bra when I'm actually nursing. I wish they'd make it in a J/K to make up for the smaller-than-usual cups. + This does not impair the function of this bra in ANY way, but the little embroidered detail in between the breasts is completely unnecessary and not cute. I'll be wearing this bra for as long as I can get away with as my daytime bra. I would probably not be comfortable wearing it to sleep (it's a little too "rigid" for that) but it's perfect under t-shirts. It's also cute in general (minus the strange embroidery, which can be removed carefully with scissors or a seam-ripper).

Read this review if you are busty but thin in the rib cage. This is a really well made bra. For having no underwire it does some heavy duty lifting. but, for me it had a fatal flaw. They didn't have my size. I am a 32 band size, for real, I am a bra fit snob so I'm a stickler for a well fitting band. Pre-breastfeeding I was an f, sometimes a g cup depending on the bra. Now it looks like I'm more of a 32 I or J, which is very hard to find. Again, I'm not willing to go up a band size to fit in this bra (when the back is riding up and the band doesn't lay flat on your rib cage in the front under the breast it NOT a good fit), so I tried the 32 h/i and it was a no go. The top cut in on the cup and gave me immediate quadraboob. I needed one cup size larger and they didn't have it. BUT, I am giving this a 4 star because for those of you ladies out there that the sizing works this is a great quality and comfortable nursing bra and I am very jealous of you!

I wear a 38H and ordered (and returned) several nursing bras, trying to find a comfortable fit. I wish I had returned this bra, but I needed something to take to the hospital with me. Because there is no under-wire, there is no "separation" of breasts, so at my size they are just floating across like in a sports bra. However, a sports bra isn't v-cut, or low-cut, like this bra is, so a sports bra at least keeps the girls contained. In this bra, if I bend forward (which is frequently with a newborn?), my breasts spill out, causing that awful quadruple-boob effect, where the top half of each breast is breaking free from the bra. It's a major annoyance to have to rearrange all the time. It's not even a good bra for sleeping if you sleep with nursing pads in, as the v-cut allows one breast to nearly fall out if you're on your side, and your bra, shirt, and bedding will be wet because the nursing pad won't line up with a breast that isn't contained in the bra. I kept this bra for the days I have to wash my other bra, but I hate wearing it. This has been a very hot summer too, and when I wear this bra my breasts are pressed up against each other. Between the heat and the hormones, I sweat a lot, and with no place for that sweat to go, I have a rash that developed between my breasts. Wearing a true under-wire that separates the breasts will not cause such a problem. I do not recommend this bra. Had much better success with an elomi bra.

Fit is just strange on me.

These do come up a tiny bit small but still get five stars as the only bras on the market that don't have a wire but genuinely do hold your chest in place, even in the highest cup sizes. I needed a H/I cup (normally a GG) and even at this size they stil hold you securely and best off all do not dig in (thanks to being seamless and unwired) or 'pour' your boobs forward like a lot of feeding bras. Clasps easy to undo and straps just the right width (not so wide as to look horrid but wide enough that they don't dig in). They are thick material - necessarily so in order to give you support without a wire - but may not best the best choice for very hot days due to this. In general though one of the best on the market and I've tried a lot!

Ich hatte den BH schon in einer anderen Farbe und habe ihn mir noch einmal gekauft, weil er wirklich toll sitzt und sehr bequem ist. Er ist sein Geld wert!
