Bought 2 before that were terrible either overheating but alas 3rd times a charm ! No issues, mint condition works perfect !

Ordered from Synergy. That is whom I am reviewing. They seemed the most reputable out of the various seller choices that rotate through the listings for this model. (Synergy has a contact phone number for support, and is a real company. They aren't a street side cell phone shop listing their inventory on Amazon). I'd suggest watching out for which vendor you select to make your purchase. Very happy with this phone. It is in very good condition and it was well worth going for the refurbished model to save a lot of money. The minor negatives are: The Amazon Renewed Guarantee for "Excellent condition" states that: -"The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away." There was a v-shaped scratch on the screen that was noticeable. I can't see it once I put a glass screen protector on the phone, so I didn't care about it. -and it states that "This product will have a battery that exceeds 80% capacity relative to new." I downloaded AccuBattery to test the battery capacity and it was at 83%. Not too bad for a refurbished unit but I was hoping for better than that. Still a good deal for a near perfect phone.

What did I like? Well between my wife and I, this was our 2nd Galaxy S20+ and fourth Samsung flagship phone, so I know exactly what to expect from them: excellent quality, superb compatibility especially with Samsung accessories, solid build quality, excellent displays and stunning photography. Too bad this purchase was, for the most part, NOT those things. Pros & Cons: Besides the back glass being cracked UPON ARRIVAL (starting with a rather small starburst but within days had three long cracks across the entire width of the device's back glass,) and the display being a cheap non-OEM replacement garbage screen (with reduced resolution, refresh rate, and clarity with CURVED WATERFALL EDGES while the original S20+ screen is completely FLAT so they didn't even get the shape of the screen correct, and within 4 months was completely unusable save for perhaps a small cluster of approx 50 pixels in the lower right hand section,) and constant issues with the eSIM and WiFi functionality... but other than that yeah the "Excellent" condition rating was just really on-point! Check everything folks, run the diags right out of the box and start the return process EARLY via the AMAZON SELLER MESSAGING ONLY. Don't even bother with support via WhatsApp or SMS, you're wasting your time and on day 90 and ½, it's yours to keep. I keep mine as a nice little BRICK paper weight on my desk. In that regard, it really holds the papers down well, considering these days the only paper I'm using is love notes to and from my wife, artwork drawn by my young children, and various government documents, I've pretty much gone fully paperless at this point; oh! and legal briefs I've printed for pending litigation against unscrupulous 3rd party sellers who will say all the right things via WhatsApp on days 1 through 89. Conclusions: Please view my pix, read this entire review, then draw your own conclusions from there. Be safe out there, folks.

Buying a second one after 2 1/2 years. Phone came in great shape, was able to connect it to my carrier easy, reliable, back glass cracked early on but run a case all the time so it didn't matter. This is the last model of Samsung S series you can have an extra SD card in so Im not upgrading from here. No other issues until I water logged it, and the screen stopped working.

This is my second phone. My first phone arrived looking New, worked great and everything was perfect. I used it for gaming and it was smooth. But by the 7th month the battery stopped working. It would die by 4:30pm. Very frustrated. But I purchased the warranty, thankfully, and they sent me the option to purchase a new phone. This phone was worth the money at even 7 months worth that I bought another one. Wish me luck it works longer.

Was leary of some bad reviews but this seller provided what was advertised 100% and the shipping time was within reason and well packaged. About the phone, the absolute BEST one I've owned to date and unless it dies soon there simply isn't anything to compare pricewise. This refurbished phone looked absolutey brand new cosmetically and once I inserted my Verizon SIM card in it the phone did a few firmware and software updates and works flawlessly in every way. Battery charged to 100% and gives a Full day or service with juice left over. Has Dolby Atmos sound and good volume, screen clarity is awesome and overall a great value .... This phone is FAST and easy on the eyes too !!! Only time will tell about longevity but so far I couldn't be happier with this seller and phone.

I am disappointed. I bought this phone as a cost effective upgrade from my previous phone. In general, it's a good phone, but I could not find a case and screen protector to fit, I ordered 3. I could not figure out how to reach the seller. Refurbished apparently means that it looks new, but is the battery supposed to run out so fast? Is it supposed to forget the settings regularly? I love samsung, but I will think long and hard before buying again, and it seems like I need to replace it pretty soon.

El celular llegó impecable, prácticamente nuevo. Solo ligeros detalles en la parte de los "botones de volumen y encendido". Pero esto es de esperarse en un equipo que no es nuevo. Cualquier funda cubre ese detalle sin tema. Pero en verdad ni se nota. Llegó con cargador genérico, no es carga rápida o por lo menos el teléfono no lo reconoce como carga rápida. Llega en cajita generica, pero todo muy bien protegido. Entrega super rápida, Amazon no decepciona. En cuanto a funcionamiento llevo una semana de uso y nada falla. Gran pantalla, sensor de huella en pantalla funcionando, camara fotográfica excelente. El zoom es x30 e increíble. El teléfono ya se actualizo a Android 13. La conectivad wifi6 es super rápida y estable. La conectividad 5G a este precio es súper favorable, espero conservar este equipo varios años. Y tienes la posibilidad de agregar una tarjeta micro SD para almacenamiento externo. También está liberado para Mexico, sin problenas de redes. Y tiene la posibilidad de usar "e-sim". Gran tecnología a un gran precio. Gracias al proveedor !!! Update: Lamentablemente el lector de huella dactilar fallo despues de unas semanas de uso diario. Estoy aplicando el reembolso por devolucion. Es la primera vez que me falla algo "renewed", espero la garantia de Amazon pueda resolver este problema. En lineas generales, pensaria en volver a comprar este telefono. En verdad se disfruta mucho su uso.

I bought this phone to replace my aging Razer Phone 2, as its battery needed to be charged every few hours while gaming. This refurbished phone came in excellent condition, the only signs of wear were very slight scratches on the corners. I bought the spigen liquid air case for the phone and the scratches became a non issue. Screen and sensors are fully functional for a wide range of applications. Camera works as expected. The battery exceeded my expectations and lasts more than a day with heavy use. The charger provided enables fast charging with the phone. Im very satisfied with my purchase and i feel that this phone can be considered brand new. The product arrived exactly as described. There is a mention of headphones in the product description, which were not included, but as a long time buyer of refurbished phones, I didnt expect or require them.

I can not believe that I got brand new phone for CAD$ 360 !!! Spotless, looks like wasn't even touch, just inserted my sim card and SD card and works perfectly! Amazing battery life even with highest screen resolution! I was so afraid when ordering but now I'm the happiest

I sent this back because it was locked to verizon and was in rough shape. I paid 419 dollars for this and they still claim they didnt receieve the phone. Its been 2 weeks since i sent it back. Terrible.

The phone I bought works fine. It seems like just the right fit for me. What I didn't like was all the extra junk that Samsung wanted to have running in the background, I'm talking about frivolous stuff like AR emoji, auto doodle, worthless fluff like that. I either had to disable them, or put them into deep sleep in the device care settings. I paid good money for this phone. That should have spared me all the bloatware, but it didn't.
