Great gift for my nephew, he loved it as a Christmas gift!

My son is 3.5 years old about to be 4 soon. I've been looking for toys that invite free play & creativity into his everyday learning. I am a stay at home mom with him & his sister so naturally, I am always on the search for toys that keep interest for more than just a few times. I actually came across the idea of the "kinetic sand" off the "Lakeshore Learning" website. I recently discovered the brand "LakeShore Learning" after a librarian told me that the toys they have & the schools utilize this brand. I went onto their website & discovered many different fun educational games & toys that gave me ideas. I searched some on Amazon to see if they were available or for a better price. My son loves his very first kinetic sand set! He loves the demon truck it comes with & how it makes bricks when you dump the sand out. We have even placed his other toys in it as well from his Little People Construction Site. We have placed seashells & even his pirate jewels into the sand to make the shape of it. I love that you truly cannot make a mess of the sand either. I leave the box open in my sons room for him to freely play with it & he does every chance he gets. I plan to get him the beach sand castle one & the dinosaur excavation one as well! I love that this invites his creativity out to play. Kinetic sand for the win!

Pros; This is definitely a fun toy, and my son really enjoys it. He spends alot of time playing with it. It keeps him occupied for at least an hour at a time, which is excellent for a 4 year old. The bricks are easy to make and keep their shape pretty well, considering they are made of sand. The sand itself sticks together nicely, is fun to touch and mold, and is easy to clean up. The container it comes it is very sturdy, the locks work very well and are easy to open and close. It's also easy to store. It folds in half and everything fits nicely inside the box. I never have to struggle to make the pieces fit. Cons; There wasn't as much sand as I thought there would be. It barely covered one side, unless you spread it really thin across both sides. However, this did not seem to bother my son. The crane doesn't connect to the container very well and comes off too easily. It can get kind of frustrating having to put it back on all the time. The wrecking ball doesn't connect to the crane very easily and can definitely be hard for 3-4 year old kids to get it on. All in all, I would recommend this toy. The pros outweigh the cons. Even with the minor issues, its still tons of fun and is a very cute set.

Un acierto, lo recomiendo

Super idée cadeau pour enfant à partir de 3 ans. Acheter pour mon fils pour qui adorait la pâte à modeler. Je n'ai jamais acheter de pâte à modeler trouvant ça s'agissait, collant, sale etc. J'ai voulu essayer le sable magique... c'est PLUS QUE VALIDÉ! Ça ne tâche pas, ne colle pas, ne salit pas! S'il y en a a côté hop balai ou aspirateur et c'est nettoyé, cela ne colle absolument pas. C'est agréable au toucher. En plus de ça la malette chantier, on peut construire des briques et après tout détruire avec le boulet pour tout recommencer ! Mon fils ne s'en lasse pas, c'est même un plaisir pour nous de jouer avec lui! Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il manque un peu de sable magique je trouve, il faudrait la moitié d'un sachet en plus je trouve.. car sur les photos je ne pense pas qu'il y ai juste le sable fourni, car cela n'est pas autant remplit. Mais sinon RAS! Je recommande.

This is going to be a Christmas present so while not while not yet opened I know it is going to be a great hit with the little guy ( 4 years old ). Kinetic is always great quality and this looks to be a very durable and well made playset.

Un bel gioco per i bambini. Valigetta comoda per non spargere la sabbia magica ovunque. Consiglio l'acquisto però di altra sabbia in aggiunta perchè se no è poca quella del kit.
