Led Strip Lights 50FT

The remote stopped working and started turning my fan on and off a quick youtube search of “lcd remote reprogram” fixes that. They work very well just make sure you give it a good press as you attach it to something they all still work it has been a couple of months I leave them on all the time definitely a good product will buy again when they do go out.

So these lights are honestly great, especially at the price I got them. I think the length is about 1/2 a foot shorter per strip which seems to be a common thing with them (at least in the 3 separate brands I've bought). My only problem is that some specific LEDs on the strip have more prominent colors, so on a white setting it shows a bit. Like each light will have a slightly more red/green/blue color to them. It's not very obvious, but I noticed it quickly after installing them. On most color settings you can't see it though. Overall, I really do enjoy them, and they were easy to install. Also, many lights have issues with bending and cutting them. I cut about 6 feet off of one strip, no issues. I also had 3 90° bends without having any issues either. Changed my review to 5 stars because honestly, the slight color issue is too small for me to dock a star for.

Love these lights the only problem is only 1 plug in works if I plug and plug the other side in to the working side the other lights work so its something to do with the plug in. UPDATE!!! They stated to make sure the arrows are connected the way shown in this picture. Now both of the light are working after twisting it the other way to plug it in. Consumer error. My son loves these lights.

Have had them ON, constantly, since purchased! No problems. * But i must say, the color-coordinator Remote, is really 'somethin'! More combinations & settings than imagined! ** But TAKE YOUR TIME with pulling the sticky-tape-wrapper off! That tape is darn sticky. Sew.....get it Right the first time! Or folks....YOUR GONNA GET ANGRY! (Phair Warning!) (Which is a good thing, mind you)

Bought for my 7 year old granddaughter’s room. Read a lot of reviews so I understood it’s important to have a plan before you put these up. The remote has to have clear line of site to the box near the plug and the lights start at the owner source so you have to figure that in to the measurements. I did not understand that these lights come as two 25’ rolls (vs one 50’ roll.) That changed my ability to outline her ceiling in lights, which was my original plan. We ended up doing all four sides of one wall instead. It actually turned it great and I think we like it better than the ceiling option. The lights are wonderful—she loves the ability to change colors, brightness, or to make them flash and figured the remote out quickly. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat.

The lights are seemingly thin and cheap but they help up really well and there aren’t any diodes that have been damaged as a result of being pushed into the corner of the wall as it wrapped around the ceiling. There is a nice 3M backing to these lights and they adhere very well to the wall, especially so to wallpaper more than paint. The main issue is that in the room I have them in the lights wrap around the ceiling of the entire room and no matter where the ir receiver box is using my tv or soundbar remote will mess with the lights color or brightness. The remote is apparently the same ir frequency because turning the lights on or changing the color to a certain color with the actual remote will turn on (or off) my tv and soundbar which is kindly annoying.

The blue light spectrum does not work on one of the two 25ft strips of LED tape which also affects other colors that used blue, tho the other colors that require blue will still light differently without blue, when solid blue is selected the strip doesn't light at all. Because I used both to cover the 4 twelve foot long cove moldings to illuminate the ceiling of a bedroom the 2 strips should work the same to match one another. Fortunately I use the lights in white or off white mode most of the time, which is why I haven't returned them. In their defense, the instructions suggested to test all the color spectrums prior to installation and to return for exchange if they didn't work correctly. Albeit a poor defense in this case, considering they ask the customer to play the role of Quality Inspector. The other issue is that both the cable TV box remote control and the TV remote control when used can turn the lights from dim to bright, which can be quite annoying at times. Otherwise, I really like the light that evenly fills the room, as well as the ease of installation.
