I can’t say enough good things about these little cushions! Our Samsung front loading washing machine used to sit on a pedestal and worked fine for a while however I started noticing the spin cycle was slowly getting louder and louder until finally one day I heard a nasty thumping then finally a banging sound during the spin cycle. The washer had moved so much that it started hitting our cabinets and it even bent one of the screw in adjuster feet at the bottom of the pedestal. I called a repair guy and he said it was done with and I should buy a new washing machine. I was sad because all though I bought it second hand I hadn’t owned it that long. I didn’t feel right about getting rid of my washing machine at that point either. I decided to take the pedestal off to lower the washers center of gravity and use these as a sort of raiser so the washer wouldn’t be too low to the ground. I tightened all the washer legs and slightly adjusted them to where the machine was level. Then I simple placed these under the washer feet. It took maybe 10 cycles but each cycle got lower and lower with the vibrations. Now I can barely hear any knocking or thumping even when washing large blankets and the machine actually cleans our clothes better. I don’t use the pedestal anymore but that’s alright. These are worth every penny! Most of my family ordered some for themselves because they seen how effective they are. Highly recommend! Great product that will save you from major repairs!

Bought these pads to stop my washing machine from walking around the basement floor. Works PERFECTLY! Every time we do laundry the machine is exactly where we left it when the cycle completes. No more roaming! Installation is straightforward, though not necessarily simple. You simply place the pads under the feet of your washing machine. Lifting the machine to do that is a whole other story. Please note, very important, that these will NOT stop your washing machine from shaking. In some cases, it might actually get worse at low speed cycles. What these do is absorb the shock and sway, so the machine doesn't "walk" during these cycles. Highly recommended, though I expect them to lose effectiveness over time as they compress under the weight of the washer. I'll probably buy a set once a year as a preventative measure.

Our washer was a bit "violent," meaning during the spin sessions it would shake and wander all over the laundry room. It was very loud as well! To solve the loudness all I had to do was shut the door to the laundry room, but the walking across the room was a real hassle, especially because it was such a pain to clean up the mess that happened when the washer wandered so far that the drain tube came out of the wall and soapy water drained all over the floor! These cups solved the problem and so inexpensively. Because washers are heavy, it was a little tricky installing them, but my husband and teen son used a strongly woven mover's strap. They slid the strap under the washer, and one person stood on each side of the washer. They puller the strap upward to slightly lift the back end of the washer, and I quickly slid the two back cups in place. Then we just repeated that with the two front feet as they used the strap to lift up the front end of the washer. So while this was quite quick and simple, it did require three people and a mover's strap. Over all, I love these little cups/coasters which are such an inexpensive fix! I'm really surprised at how well they work, considering our washer puts out so much vibration. It is quieter, and the washer no longer wanders. I wish I had bought them years ago.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I have an LG frontloader washing maching that has been loud and dancing since I bought it. After it started leaking, I decided to fix the boot and get these vibration pads in hopes that it will reduce the vibration and make my machine last longer. I have done five loads since I added these pads. My machine still vibrates and is loud. It has yet to dance. I didn't expect this to end all of my problems but I was hoping for some reduction on the vibration I feel in the floor and throughout the house but that has not really been reduced. I think this is a fair product for the price though because my machine hasn't moved yet. I'm not sure what the expensive pads do but I hope you get a lot more with those because they are stupid expensive in my opinion.

These pads are a lot cheaper than Home Depot. I didn't use vibration pads at my old house. My washer always moved forward after each use. I ordered these pads before moving into a new house for both my washer and dryer. It's been one month now and no movements at all with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend !!!! Update. 7 years later and these pads are useless ! Completely squashed flat due to the hollow bottom. These worked well at first but not anymore. I bought these pads that are thicker and solid rubber. Whatever pads you buy just make sure they are solid rubber with no hollow bottom section.

I was skeptic while orderig this imported rubber pad. This is my first international order, I must say it was very well packed, original item just like on US amazon website. Does what it says, reduces vibration and stops the machine from walking most of the time, even when it moves its only by few cms. Note: Stand for washer/dryer washing machines are not easily available in India, most of them arw built for only washer washing machine this is the budget friendly option if you've a washer/dryer.
