I'm writing this after using it for around two months and I have to say it's so good and easy to use. My hair is not coily but it is wavy and I'd been looking for a good straightener. This one did not disappoint. I usually get the desired results on the lowest heat setting 160 or 180 with minimal damage to the hair. Ofcourse I would insist on using a heat protectant. I don't like my hair being slick straight so I usually use it on 160 and it does the job just fine as you can see in the picture. People who have rougher hair than mine can go for the higher settings. The straightener does get heated but it's not as hot on the ends where the ceramic plate ends so it's easy to use and you can hold it without getting burnt. The plates are curved too so your hair doesn't get stuck at the edges. It's pretty smooth on the hair and glides easily. The model is sleek and slender and fits well in my hands. The colour is cute too. For the best results use it on the day that you wash your hair and avoid using it when your hair is greasy or oily because it looks bad( Trust me I've made the mistake lol).The straightening stays that way perfectly for I would say two days in my hair. After that I start seeing my natural waves but my hair still looks pretty and is manageable. The only downside is the price. The MRP is around 3500 but I got it for 2700 which was still expensive for me but I'm glad I saved up for it. It is totally worth it. If it's outside your budget, I would suggest you to go over it if you can.

Great product for the price. Almost 2 years later the coating still hasn't worn off. Works amazing even at the lowest temperature if you take your time and straighten slowly.

Reviewing after using it for 4 months.... with so many options in different price range available in the market it was really difficult to zero in on the right product but I am glad I picked it over the others. Since this is the first and only hair straightener I have used I can't really compare it with any other and can only share my experience of this product. So, why did I pick this one ? ... first things first, the wide range of temp settings was the biggest nudge. Do I want to expose my hair to more than required heat ? Definitely not and believe me the job gets done pretty well at the lowest temp settings on this one ( unless you have those beautiful curls and not the frizz and wave that I do. In that case you will need to up the temp a notch or two ). Secondly, pretty wide plates are perfect for my long hair and ensure no tangling on the edges. Thirdly, Phillips rarely disappoints. Last but not the least, the pretty pink colour and the locking mechanism that makes it easy to store and carry it around. The other major contender was the Phillips hair straightening brush but I was scared the brush would pull on any slight tangle in my hair while a minor tangle would just glide unnoticed between the ceramic plates (and that is exactly what happens when I am in a little hurry). Doesn't give poker straight hair but a natural straight look that lasts until the next wash on my hair. So, trust all the beautiful ladies fawning over this product and pick it up without an ounce of doubt.

This product is fabulous !! I straightened my hair at 200 degrees, and it has stayed sleek and straight for three days without washing. The hair feels so soft n smooth. Just keep in mind that using clips or tying the hair up may cause creases. This product doesn’t take up much time for heating and straightening. Max 5 mins n you are done. Its quick and really effective. Hair is smooth and shiny. Even the rough ends feels soft n smooth to touch after straightening. It has a lock function so after use and cooling down, you can put it away nicely. Cord is long enough to use. Good hand grip. I had searched a lottttt for a good straightner and was sceptical about buying this.. my older one conked out so i wanted something great.. (pics attached ). I did a lot of research before buying, and it Indeed is a great buy ! I usually use a straightener on a regular basis after hairwash so i needed something that doesn’t damage my hair. And this works exactly like I wanted. Go for it you won’t regret. HONEST AND GENUINE REVIEW as of now. (Received it on 22th Oct’24 and used it same day)

So far good but the straight doesn't stay more than 2 hours but for quick straightening it's good

Good product but it didn't work for curls and straightening effect also didn't stay long on my hair( smooth and thin hair) I don't know it may stay long for other hair types

Value for money , quality is also best I use this straightener multiple times and my hair was looking so gorgeous after use this product ,easy to use go buy it .
